My samsung galaxy s5 had stopped charging and i figured paying 70 bucks to have these guys replace a part would be plenty good and id have my phone working again, so i had my girlfriend drop it off and all seemed well, she went back to pick it up a few days later and the battery was at 15 percent, plugged it in and it still did not charge... and a portion of the screen had stopped working, i had no screen issues beforehand mind you, so i had her bring it back to them and the girl told it was her fault she should have doublechecked that everything was in working order before giving it back, i figured no biggy just fix it, ive already paid for the service i can wait its not a big rush, well they called my girlfreind saying the phone is charging but the screen is unfortunately nothing they can fix as its not something they can say for sure was working in the first place but offered a new screen for an extra 120 something bucks, i figure.. your an electronics repair store, checking on things should be in your best interest to do before ripping apart a phone, also handling said electronics and business should be done as what the service agreement was and is, well i finally got my girlfriend to pick up the phone after a few weeks and now instead of small portions of the screen being out.... more than half the screen is out with an almost perfect line where it stops working, do not go to this shop, they will rip you off, its a con, and its unfortunate the manager of the place wont pay for the mistakes his untrained employees make, now ill have to do the repair work, not something i wanted to do but i cant keep getting scammed for such easy work. DO NOT GO TO THIS CON ARTISTS SHOP YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I cracked the screen of my iPhone 6. I took it up to Hypertech. The service was great they were less expensive than originally quoted. I was happy UNTIL 3 days later, I put my new cover on my phone and the screen cracked. Apparently the screen was not to spec with the original iPhone parts and does not fit correctly to iPhone covers. I called immediately and left a message. I called several times after and physically went in. I was told several times they would have the tech or mgr call me back. No one ever called. I then dropped my phone and the screen shattered due to already being compromised. I went to Apple and they wont touch it because it now had third party parts. I called and spoke to the manager (after a long conversation with another worker who tried several times to take my name and number-which had not worked in the past). The mgr said he would take care of it and apologized. His solution was to give me a $10 discount and after two weeks, my phone is still broken and I havent heard back. A $10 discount is what you call customer service?!? I was a repeat customer and promoted this business to my friends. I will never step foot in the place again. I suggest if you have an apple product to ONLY take it to Apple. They would have only charge $110 to begin with and would warranty their work!!!! Now I have a cracked screen and have to go somewhere else and get it fixed. Man does it such to spend close to $300 on a phone screen in two months. :(

Weve purchased multiple things from the store in the past. More recently though, we had our desktop diagnosed and fixed. The short: They killed all goodwill they had with us and we are neva eva going back. Suck it! The long story: We took our computer in after experiencing the terrible blue screen. We paid for diagnostic. They were supposed to get to it Friday and nothing until Tuesday. Strike one. Our HDD was broke so we had them put in a new one and install Windows XP. Less than one month later black screen comes up. "Incomplete/corrupt Windows install" so we called the store to see if it was under warranty. The owner quickly didnt take responsibility and didnt even want us to bring our desktop in to find the problem. Specifically he asked, "Did it work when you brought it home??" WTF. Strike two. Took it in to see if the HDD was defective and possibly return it. Paid for diagnostic again. We were told over the phone it was a bad install and was under warranty by the tech so they would reinstall the operating system for free. Went to pick it up and paid for the repair. What?! Yes, paid for the repair because the warranty was voided after we tried to reinstall Windows on our own? WTF. Strike three. Maybe we are being cheap but service like that doesnt exactly win our patronage. Hasta la vista HTC. Also heres to three "0/3" reviews out of six. Cheers for cheapa** generic computer parts and cheap** owners!

Dont get me worng the Customer Service is good but their work Sucks. I was told that I needed to upgrade to windows 7 and get an Antivirus Software and that will elliminate my computer from crashing. I spent over $200.00 and after a delay of 1 week which I did not anticipate they finally got my computer upgraded and when I got home same old problem exist. I called them and I was told maybe it might need cleaning reason why it was crashing. I told the guy if that was the case why was I told to spend $200 with the upgrades to fix it?? Anyways to make a long story short I took it back to get itcleaned and again it took longer than what I was told just to get it cleaned and charged me an additional $10.00 for cleaning which I feel they should have done as part of upgrading any computer. At least cleaned the dam dust inside. I get the Computer back and now my CD Player is not even working I cannot open it when I press the button and I attempted to do it via my computer function and it does not exist. My suspision is that these fools disconnected the plug during cleaning and forgot to put it back. so now I cannot do my work and I have to take it back for the third time to get this corrected. They SUCK!!!

I broke my iPhone, like really broke it... meaning it went through the washer, and I thought it was not repairable, but I brought it to Hypertech because my friend had her iPhone screen repaired there and they were actually able to fix it and I couldnt believe it. I had never heard of them until my friend told me about them, and while I was there I told them my computer was running slow and since Im a student I need my computer, and they suggested I check in and let them wipe it clean and restore it, and it was working perfectly after! They were able to get rid of all my viruses which sped my computer up real quick! I enjoy their store they have lots of fun computer parts and accessories, and also a wide selection of pre-owned lap tops along with new ones in case I decided to change my mind about my old computer I could of got a new then and there! They really helped me, the technicians and the front sales girls were all great! Thanks again Hypertech!!
