Extremely overpriced. Quoted 200.00 to replace a laptop hinge (you can buy a new laptop for just a little more). The price of a pair of hinges is 17.00 leaving 183.00 for labor provided the technician didnt run into any "unforeseen problems." That equates to roughly 180.00 per hour. I had no idea that computer repairmen make more than many doctorate level professionals. Do your research, there is likely a more affordable shop than Shafer Computers.

Wanted to buy a good used computer with windows 7, and these store had a large assortment to chose from. I bought one for a great price and have it now for a year and just had the anti-virus renewed and software scanned and tuned up. I love this computer and the service I get from these people. Great service guys!!!

Great service, very experienced. They were able to set me up with a nice laptop for a great deal. 3 years later my laptop is still running as good as new. These guys know their stuff, they only sell top quality parts. If I need a new computer I know who I will call.

My laptop Computer Crashed and I was worried that I was going to lose all of my pictures and documents.. They were able to recover all of my Documents and pictures, This guys saved my bacon, I would highly recammend them to anyone needing computer work done..

Very poor experince. Was quoted $35 up front and $100 to fix a laptop screen, arrived and was asked for $75 up front and $200 to fix. Bait & switch. Do not go here.
