I called them and they arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The young man working on my laptop was very polite and took the time to explain to me what was being done. I didnt understand all of it but I was very pleased with the work attitude, the courtesy, and just overall friendliness. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone. When I found Mobile Computer Geeks a couple of years ago, I was so happy. I have not been disappointed with them at all. Theyre very helpful to us, always considerate, on time, and explains in layman terms. And the fact that theyre local is a big PLUS. I would highly recommend them.
