He was fast and didnt charge me when he determined my hard drive was busted and could not be fixed. He did tell me that the info was not retrievable but when I got home I simply turned the machine on and started moving files to a thumb drive and was able to save all my info I wanted. He was right that it was messed up but his assessment that my files were lost unless I sent the computer off to Toshiba or some other retrieval company was way off. Overall a good experience but I would have a hard time trusting his expertise in the future based on my experience.

My college freshman needed work done on her laptop, and fast! I sent her to this place based on location - somewhere I knew she could find, as she is still not very familiar with Tyler area. She just called me to report that she got great customer service, and is very pleased with the results. Laptop is working great now!

I had a Computer driving my business that crashed. Had to have it and didnt want to order a New one. They got me in Right away and Fixed my computer fast and Very reasonable. This is a good company and I would highly recommend.
