I would like to take time to say to anyone in need of computer repair to go to Caltechsys. After being told by another company that my laptop was no good and that I needed to by a new on I gave it one last shot and took it to Tavo. After doing whatever test he did he told me that it could be fixed and would run me a few hundred dollars, I dont know about you but I have programs and things on my laptop that can not be replaced and I need more then air itself. Never the least in less than 2 days I got a call saying it was done and I could come and get it. Well I am writing this review from it and I have to say they saved me thousands of dollars in software that I don have anymore by fixing and restoring my computer back to its glory. At 6PM last night, my office PC decided to stop working. It wouldnt boot up all the way. This was big trouble since I needed to take care of my companys end of the year reports. I called up Caltechsys Helpdesk and they came to my office 30 minutes later and got my PC to start up an hour later. Im ecstatic that my PC is strong as before and Im able to take care of my very important year-end stuff. Thanks NYComputer Help for keep my business going.

I Phoned up then dropped by within 15 minutes. The guys diagnosed my computer problem within 5 minutes. They offered to order spare parts or suggested I could get them myself and replace. If I needed help they could replace for me. No charge as my computer wasnt fixed there and then! No hanging around, no appointments. Excellent service.

I had a problem with my the power supply in my raid and when the manufacture told my only option was to replace it I took it into Caltechsys. Within a few days Caltechsys had me up and running again. The team here is very knowledgable and their rates are extremely reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Caltechsys for any computer repairs.

If i could give more than 5 stars, I would! These guys are always extremely helpful and professional. I dont trust anyone else with my computer needs. I love that they resolve my issues SUPER FAST and can usually do so via remote access to my computer so I dont have to leave my home/office. Great group of guys!

I was searching for a a fix for my sons laptop screen problem. In calling around, CalTechSys seemed to be the most knowlegdable about possible problems, and had the lowest prices. They fixed the screen problem well, and also brought back my desktop computer which was unuseable due to maleware.

Everybody else was charging me double and these guys did it for half the price!! Not to mention they finished the Job others said would take them a week in ONE day!!! Awesome service and quality people. They really know their stuff and you get what you pay for!!!!

Cant say enough good things about them. They try to help over the phone and never seemed to rush to listen and answer questions. Feels like you always get a good deal. You dont find businesses that treat you this well very often. Also technically competent.

I thought my computer was lost when I spilled my coffee on it! It wouldnt turn on again, but the guys at Caltechsys got it up in running the day after I brought it in! excellent service and a great staff. I would recommend them to my friends and family :)

We went by and the did a quick diagnosis. They told me my battery was bad. They instructed me to go to EBay and buy one. They didnt even charge me anything. Very professional and I would highly recommend them.
