Poor service, poor communication and poor parts used for repair. If i could give lower I would. So, let me explain with detail so it does not seem that I am unreasonable. I stopped by twice, the first time to ask about a repair on my macbook 12 retina. I had a small crack at the bottom, because its newer the guy said they would have to check prices and call me. He took my info and I never heard from him. Fine, I sold the macbook 12 so it turned out to be a non issue. Then I went back a second time with my macbook pro 13in retina. My up and down keys came off and I was going to simply order them from eBay or amazon and try to replace myself from a few youtube videos, but decided that I wanted an "expert" to do it to ensure the parts and such were correct. So, I went in and was told the keys would be there in about a week and they would call me. I paid in advance $39 (the parts where like $2 online for the keys, but okay fine I figured at least I know these are experts and will get close to genuine parts quicker than me getting something shipped from China) Well, after about 2 weeks I called and no parts, but they should be there soon, then another week and no call so I called again and no parts. I was told the company shipped to the wrong address, (okay not the shops fault if that happened) The guy then said the parts went back to the company and he was upset that they never called them to let them know and he had called and the parts where being shipped again to the correct address. My issue with this response is somehow he was upset for the company never calling them but they had not called me once to express an apology for the delay, in the part, you would think if they state a week and its almost a month they would call the customer to say, we are sorry and provide some sort of update, dont be mad at the suppliers service when your own service and communication are just as bad. So, finally after over a month "I call them again" they still had not called me, and all if the keys are in and they are, so I got in for the repair. Repaid is complete and simple and now the up and down keys are working, so all is finally okay. Well tonight as I type this review I realize the keys they installed are black keys with silver paint, the actual keys are see thru around the letters, so while I type this the entire keyboard is illuminated accept the up and down key. So, over a month late, poor communication to then have a poor repair performed with cheap substandard parts. I will not be going back, and while I suspect the repairs they do are decent, by no means compare this to Good Apple Level Service. I could go on but let it be said their service is lacking.

So my experience here... the ladies are professional, kind and considerate. I have been here more than once and have the pleasure of knowing the owner who is Godly caring, and expressive in his desire to share the Love of Christ which Frees us from the burdens in life. As a man Follows God all of their Relationships are directed by that Relationship. I see it in his store and his employees, see if you care about a God who loves then you care about His creation, and each customer was created by That God the one who loves us all and this store and its employees reflect that in their work. This place really is as good as it gets when it comes to phone repair. I dropped my iPhone 6s Plus and completely shattered the entire front (it was bad). They fixed it in 30 minutes for the same price as it would have costs me to file an insurance claim (wait 2 or 3 days for a new phone and then have to ship my old phone back-- all while losing some of my data and having to start all over again with my apps etc). This place saved me the headache of the insurance claim plus it saved me from filing my 2nd claim this year (which would have resulted in the insurance company dropping me for a year. Id run here next time I needed a repair!

I attempted to replace my iPhone battery, resulting in a plaid pattern over my screen. I did research, but decided I might make it worse. Experimac saved me for a very reasonable price, while I waited. They have a great selection of used macs, iPhones, iPads....at great prices. Talking to them, I found they will have more products available, so can fill any Mac product need. Very honest- they could have suggested I just buy a new phone, but fixed mine, even showing me where the problem was. I highly recommend them- and am so glad to have an Experimac near me! Have used their services twice- fast and very reasonable.

A++++ rating for this business ... I cant begin to say how impressed I was with Experimac Humble ... Interesting story: The Apple Store in The Woodlands Mall folks told me that my 2009 17" MacBook Pro was dead, and I needed to bite the bullet and buy a new 15" Mac .... After one hour at Experimac, my computer was fixed, software reloaded. and runs perfect. These guys just saved me $2000 .. Wow! .. Thanks Kyle and Percy!!

My experience was excellent. They found out the root of my problem with the macbook pro (which was the Battery),they didn"t charge me anything when they were trouble shooting the problem, which most companies do. I would recommend anyone to this place. They were super nice and didnt rush me out of there, also my son was playing xbox that they provide for all customers. Great place to go if you need help with your MAC

I had my mac book pro serviced here. It works like new. I had taken it to Best Buy and they said I needed to get a new computer. They were so wrong. It would have been a costly mistake to replace my Mac book pro. Experimac Humble fixed it and I am amazed at it perfect performance. The price was great. The staff is very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Experimac Humble.

This place is awesome! Very Helpful and knowledgeable crew, the owner Percy will do his very best to help you if youre on a budget with financing options. They didnt have the iMac I wanted so I told Percy and he had it in the store within a couple of days. You are literally not going to find a better deal in town on apple computers. Overall great experience!

Percy and his team are AMAZING!!! They know what i was looking for and wanted in a Macbook and went over all spec, details, and all the ins and out of the macbook as i am a somewhat novice to beginner user. They sell, repair iMacs and macbook computer are very reasonable prices! Definitely have a customer for life!

Dropped of my iPad there to have the screen fixed and it was ready for me to pick it up the next day. Its been working great. They had some great prices on iMacs and Macbooks. Ill definitely support this business as the owner runs a great nonprofit with strong ties to the local community.
