"Joe is exemplary at anything that has to do with IT. I have had issues w/ several of my computers and he was always able to handle the matter and fix them within a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. On several occasions he was able to take care of the matter w/ out even having to come out and service them or bring them to his office, so that I was up and running my business again. He is honest, reliable and very fair at his pricing. I will always use Joe to service all my technology equipment and help me with all of my internet question or to even help build my website."

This gentleman (Joe Murdoch, the owner of the business) returned my laptop like nothing had happened. As a matter of fact, I got more than what I had, at no additional cost. He knows what hes doing.
