they kept the pc for two weeks, kept on phone hold at best buy for at least 15-20 mins at a time waiting for someone from the "squad" to answer. took four days to figure out the problem. on a business pc. acted like they cared less. well, in my book, they GET less.for what the so called repair cost, could have bought a NEW PC.

It stinks the people on the 800 number didnt know about nothing they could fix and when you make a appointment they call and say we cant fix it dont know how and dont have the experience to do so so why the say the they can fix anything. Really what a joke.
