I have mixed feelings about this place, I like the fact that its in a convenient location and it has free vacuums. The issue is most times the vacuums need to be emptied out for better suction... they hardly ever work properly. The last few times Ive asked them to empty them... Ive been told flat out no! Probably, because theyve already collected my money on the exterior wash; I really dont know why I keep using this place... it never gets my brand new suv actually clean and there is never anyone to dry my vehicle after thw wash. Thw old ownwrship was grest at this and I never left with these water spots. I have a black Acadia and it makes my SUV look like its still in need of a wash. On top of that the few times Ive spent the extra $15 for the interior.... Ive been thoroughly disappointed as it seems theyve only washed the windows on the inside, the console is still dusty and dirty and the cup holders are never touched. To summarize if you do go here... 1, dont let them talk you into a membership at the pay machine and they will try hard to talk you into it ., 2. Just do the exterior and save yourself the $10-$15 on the interior because it will come out looking the same. , 3. If youre going here for the free vacuums , DONT! They barely work. 4. Dont bother asking them to fix the vacuums because their customer service is non existent.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would! Trust me youre better off paying your next door neighbors dog $20 to wash your car, than coming here. Heres Why - 1. If you have a girlfriend or wife, dont let her come here alone! Even if she has a ring on her finger AND POINTS TO IT like I did, that certainly wont stop the managers from sexually harassing you and asking to "party" and hang out later... 2. My friend and I came through this wash and half way through, we heard a loud ripping noise! Once we got out to vacuum we noticed her back fender was ripped off and the paint was bent backwards from how VIGOROUS that wash is! I Ive read through many other reviews of people complaining about the brushes in this wash screwing up the paint on their cars or doing other sorts of damage, and again not doing anything about it! How unprofessional. If I were you I wouldnt give this company a dime EVER IN MY LIFE. If you have a membership I would just cancel it now before your girlfriend or wife gets sexually harassed, or why not play it safe and end it before the wash completely f***s your car up!!!!!!!!! I was slightly disappointed in my experience at Big Splash today. All of the staff was VERY friendly. When I went to drop off my car and pay the cashier had problems figuring out how to ring me up. Also, I was asked if I wanted to buy a wash to go with my "complete detail". She said a wash doesnt come with it. I cant imagine that they would wax my dirty car? The website even says it comes with a wash. She was so nice that I didnt give her a hard time about it. I did appreciate her discounting my wash $5 for the inconvenience. When I picked up my car the interior looked great! I was very happy, as this was my main concern. The trunk could have been vacuumed out a little better though. When I got home I noticed that my wheel wells were still pretty dirty, and the crevices where my trunk opens were still filthy. There were also multiple spots of bugs and dirt left on my car. When you spend $197 (this includes $30 for fabric protectant) you expect your car to be pretty spotless. Everyone was very nice, but I think I probably wont go back for any higher dollar services.

Let me start by saying i meant to post this months ago but Im also a blogger i posted about on my sight but not here. Anyways i love the car washes and the employees but my review is more for the owners. Ive been scoping these places for about two years and even met almost every employee and manager ive even met Jason who is very kind and funny. But You guys do not appreciate your employees its sad when you run through this much management and employees. Ive even talked to a few former ones that i see around. A happy employee makes a good business. Theres so much potential in this company i would love to continue my business with yall and to keep referring you to all My friends and family. Maybe talking positive to them and letting them know how well of a job their actually doing instead of putting them down and bitching so much. I love the way the employees work. More dedication in washing cars then i see in most other jobs. So show a little respect and appreciation. This is just my open and honest opinion. Keep up the good work and cant wait to see this place grow.

OP Location: They advertise an inexpensive wash and soft towel dry. I discovered that sometimes inexpensive = cheap. Let the buyer beware. When my car wash was done, they just waived me out, no drying off at all. I called and asked about their services, and was told that they changed their policy, they only dry cars off that pay for the high $$ wash. That is not what was advertised when I pulled into the building. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the actual car wash was shoddy at best. The front of the car wasnt washed at all. And I have spots all over my car, because they wouldnt dry it. The only thing they did right was give me my money back. I am disappointed because this car wash is about 3 minutes from my home. Ill be driving 10-15 minutes to the other side of town from now on so that I can get a professional quality car wash. My car deserves that much...

This car "wash" is not worth your money. I pay for the top of the line wash and interior plus cleaning. Here are my list of complaints after visiting 5 times since purchasing the unlimited "wash and clean" package. - each time I pulled out of the car wash it took over 10 minutes before any of the 2-3 workers even began to dry off my car, by that time it has already dried itself.. - car mats were put back into car completely soaked (which also soaked my carpet in the car) - fingerprints on my windows (after being "cleaned"), fingerprints werent there before I visited the car "wash" - there were only 2-3 cars there each time I visited and it still took over 20 minutes to leave AFTER I left the automatic wash. Very under staffed. - interior looks like it has barely been wiped down, dust on door panels, etc. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS CAR "WASH"!!

They definitely dont pay attention to detail. I paid $30 to get my car cleaned inside and out. It took the guys about 5 minutes to clean the inside of my car. Then before I even had a chance to look it over. The guy stood on the inside of my door to let me know that he only makes $5/hour and that they take tips. My dash and steering column were still dusty and there was still a spot on my drivers side windowseal from when it last snowed. When Im paying $30 I have a right to be nit-picky. I came from California where for $20 and your car looks amazing inside and out no matter where you went. II normally dont ever write reviews, but the employee asking me for a tip was just rude. I will continue to look for the right place to get a membership.
