So I went to this location last Saturday. I drive a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse. So my key got stuck in the ignition which the key had no prior damage to it. So instead of the employee looking for the owner of car to fix the problem. He decided to force the key and snap it off in the ignition. I was extremely upset about this. The employee came up to me with a smile thinking it was funny that my car key was damaged. When I told him the potential cost could of been $300.00 that smile went away quickly. The manager came up to me and said he would take full responsibility for this. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get a new key cut. The cost of that was as bad as I thought it would be but it cost me $75.75. So just today I got a call back from their corporate office. They said if the manager didnt say they would take full responsibility they would have not reimbursed me for the car key. I asked to be reimbursed for the car wash and he said no. At least Im getting something back. The suit and tie over the phone seemed he didnt give a care about my problem and basically said that my car was old and it was probably previously damaged. Yeah thats right if I knew my key was damaged I m sure I would of said something to your employees. I will never ever go back to this location or Jacksons again. They dont care about their customers.

5/11/17 Worst hand wash Ive ever had. I had to come home and re-clean my windshield because it was full of bugs. I also had just went in because it rained within the 3 day rain delay. I called that morning because I wanted to make sure I would make it in time after work. Spoke to the girl on the phone and gave all my information to her to include it was a hand wash. All was good and ready for me. I get there and with attitude from 2 different guys to include the manager was told they dont honor that for hand washes. I have it done because I have an open jeep. I was told even when I left about the rain delay to make sure and keep my ticket. That was from a supervisor Matt...Who was super nice which is why he gets my one star or Id leave zero. I just paid you guys $34...3$4 dollars to wash my jeep. Which went up from $27 which is still outrageous. My husband and I went there often to include our oil changes. Never again. Definitely letting everyone I know not to go there. Terrible service from a so-called manager who could have sent me through based off what I was told twice from two different people and then said ok this isnt our normal policy so Ill honor it but its not something we do. Just not what you do as a company..... Teach your employees the right thing and how to clean a freaking vehicle fully not half assed.

I have benn coming here for years when it was Dannys. Now its the worst place to go to. They took some paint off my truck. They said its damage that was already there. I said to the manager I saw the guy do it. They said. The power washer cant tskr paint off. I wish Danny still own it. He had employes who cared about there customers. I hope Danny opens more car washes when he gets out of jail. Im not ever going to jaccksons again. Not for oil change car wash gas. Or even to get a soda. They will be hearing from my attorney. They also said to me. Its not bad. Its your work truck. That dose not make it right for them to damage my truck. If I took my key and scratch there paint on there car and say. There your work car its not bad. They would be mad at me. And 3 weeks after I took it in for oil change. My mad air flow sensor went out becuse my air filter was black. Like tar black. They said they check it and it was good. Do not trust them at all. Breake masters by them do oil changes and check out everything on your car. Ive been going to Breake masters since 2007. And you can trust them. Very good work. And no bs.

I have had enough of this car wash! I joined the monthly wash program in January to save time. I NEVER had the gate work in the 4 and 1/2 months with their service. Each time it was a difficulty to get the scan read and raise the gate. I had the bar code replaced twice, each time taking an additional 15 minutes to scrape off the old and replace with the new. Then when the gate was finally raised (manually by the workers) the rollers were not working properly and it was trouble getting the car to go through the wash. After four and a half months of this, and hoping it was going to get better, I was at the gate with the third bar code and they again had to read it manually. This time the outside attendant said the code was inactive. I had to back out go park and go in to talk the attendant. At the desk they took my phone number to look up my account, and, of course, it was an active account. However, at this point I had the account closed and the bar code removed. Ive gone down the street to clean freak on Gilbert and queen creek. Do NOT use this carawash if you value your time.

If I could give it no stars I would. Went get a car wash, asked if they could buff out some scratches too. Was told it was be ready in 2 hours. I was called 2.5 hrs later and told my car was ready. When I pulled up the outside looks shiny and great. I opened the door to check out the inside. It hadnt been touched. I was irate. The "manager" Randy apologized and said he would make it right by cleaning it and then discussing compensation. 2.5 hours later I got another call that my car was ready. (In total they had my car for 5 hours). Randy wouldnt come and talk to me sent a different "manager" and my car was still dirty. Cup holders were dirty, dirt on the side handles on the door, dust and fur on the dashboard. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!! When I got home I notice there was bird poo on my car, same place it was when I brought my car to them 5 hours earlier. They have horrible customer service and dont do quality work.

Over priced and gimmicky sales pushes. Was doing my father a favor for letting me barrow his car. It is not the best car and was mainly washing it for the interior. Sales guy had to go back twice because he would just assume i wanted the best of the best for this old sun damaged car... come on use common sense, on one would spend 60 bucks when they clearly asked for a simple vacuum and consol wipe on a old beat up car. Do yourself a favor, skip the trip here. Other places nearby offer more services for half the price. Bumped the rating from 1 star to 2 because the staff is quick at least. But a 20 buck basic wash where others do it for 4.99 is rediculous. I even had to drive across the road to pick up wipes to do the interior myself. Waste of time...
