I have the basic "Splash & Dash" membership for basically $20/mo. This is the best deal ANYWHERE hands down. Use the drive-through car wash DAILY (Bad weather day closure the exception; and understandable). FREE vacuums! And MORE! Yes, there is usually a line but, it moves at pace. Average time from pull into line to vacuuming and done 15-20 mins. [If you want high detail hand wash service; go to those places and pay the price in time and money.] If not, come here. Skeptical? Try it for $5... OK OK $4.99 {bunch of penny pinchers in this town} and decide if its worth $20/mo daily use. Folks working here are nice too. I wasnt paid for this review. Just impressed by a good deal (few and far between these days). This is not a touch free car wash; use with that in mind... for those of us who live in the real world.

Good carwash at great price. The automated car wash features several different "packages" with add on services like glass and wheel cleaning. I was always been happy with the lowest level package, about $5.99 for a general wash, so I cannot speak to the special add ons. The best part of Bubble Bath are their free vacuums that you can use after going through the wash. The vacuums have great suction and hoses that are long enough to reach any part of your car. You can restart the vacuum as many times as you need after each use runs out, maybe 4 minutes before it shuts off. Every time that I want to vacuum my car, I go ahead and take it through the wash at Bubble Bath Car Wash- it is the only place I go in San Antonio to get my car cleaned!

Beware! I took my new 2015 subaru wrx here and got the tire shine option and it gouged my front bumper and bent up my license plate! Whats worse is since I did not notice until I got home the owner is claiming that there is no way it was their machine and that it looked like I could have hit something on the way home! I live a mile away and if I hit something that hard I would have noticed. Long story short, not only did they not pay for the damages they didnt so much as refund the price of the wash... terrible experience! Also the employee there said it was most likely their machine and he had seen it happen before to a Mercedes so if you like your car dont go here!

Horrible service. No cars there but one and a staff of 10 sitting doing nothing. They stopped me before going in and said there was too much mud on my truck. They suggested I took it to another car wash to wash it before taking it there. Wash my truck before I go wash it? So stupid. Used to be a loyal customer until that experience. Then whoever manages their Twitter account misunderstood me and said I should use their wash station first next time. I did mention that when I was there and the dude said I couldnt do that. They dont care according to their Twitter responses. Also to mention, there was not too much mud on my vehicle. Ridiculous.

While Im not sure Id recommend it for someone that wants a true high end car wash (its basically a fancy drive through wash), its a good wash for its value. For 5 bucks I was able to get a good basic wash with a free vacuum. However it is a little strange to go through a car wash where you put your car in neutral, take your foot off the brake and let it guide you through. Oh and ignore the $3 wash mentioned by Nicholas in 2008. The basic was is $4.99 now, but thats still a good value.

After my initial run through, the back of my vehicle didnt get very clean. The manager came over and said because of my trailer hitch, that the machines couldnt get close enough to get it clean. He said if I was able to remove the hitch, I could run back through at no charge. I offered to pay, but he insisted. Great customer service from the manager. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

This was the only place we took our NEW black truck to get washed. Within the 2cd week we notice alot of scratched on our hood and on the sides of the truck. Those big things that look like a big brush were scratching our truck!! We made a report and ever since we never heard from the owner or the manager. I suggest if you care for you vehicles paint you dont go there wash your vehicle on your own.

Perfect, if your car needs a quick rinse! So I regularly pass by this place on my from work, always intrigued if it was any good. Well after a trip home to Austin, where my car sat under a tree and was caked in green pollen I decided to give this place a shot. For $5 you get a great rinse that leaves the car quite clean. Good value for the money and quick.

Very quick and pretty high quality car wash for $5. As long as you bring a microfiber cloth to dry your car off afterwards(my only complaint is the wash doesnt dry your car off well enough) your car is going to look gorgeous. They also have free unlimited use vacuums(no quarters needed!) and trashcans in the parking area after you get out of the wash.

I have been a customer since I moved to San Antonio. The staff is nice, and their free vacuums are always a plus for those who want to clean their own car. I pay 20 for unlimited washes a month. The only downside to that is that you can only wash once every 24 hours, but its not so bad.

Took my MKZ there this afternoon and I loved the wash and the prices! Definitely going to be there again in a few weeks. Free vaccums is a huge plus. Made the car look brand new like it was just sold off the lot back in 2011. Thanks bubble bath car wash, job well done!

Pretty good car wash with free vacuums and materials cleaners. Pricing is about right. I went once and paid only to find the tunnel was broken. The guys offered a free wash later instead of refunding my money, definitely not the best way to handle it.

My car was chipped in several places along the right side after using this car wash. I called the number on their website and left a message, but they ignored me. Definitely not worth the cheap car wash if it damages your car

I always have a great experience here. Reasonable prices, attentive staff, really fast, and my car always comes out perfectly clean. And the free vacuums are definitely a plus! I always recommend this place to my friends.

great car wash but the staff suck very rude and pushy other than that the car wash does really clean your vehicle very well if they continue to be pushy and rude I will start going to the car wash on huebner.
