Got my Hyundai Sonata detailed yesterday. Submitted my car at 8:15. Was told to wait for 5 hours. When I called them at 2 PM, they said they have staff shortage and asked me to pick the car at 5:00 PM. At 5, the car was not ready still. By 5:15, they made it ready somehow. I was happy to see the car initially and as I was getting late and they were also closing, I didnt put great interest in quality of detailing. Once I got home, I found a tons of issues in the car. The rubber binding on the outside of the car was not polished, the trunk was not vaccumed, the rear seat had lots and lots of marks, the drink holders had many dirty stains, the document purse had stains etc etc. I tried spot cleaning some of those with plain water and I was able to remove them. Very very bad experience for a first timer. Never go there on Saturday. The detailer told me he had my car cleaned 5 times!!.. Sorry buddy, it didnt look like a 5 time cleaned car. I can definitely do better than you. I paid 24 dollars to Uber guys and in my false excitement tipped $20 to the detailer plus 169$ for the full detailing service. This is utter shoddy work. Definitely an amateurs job. Feeling frustrated and fooled!

$28 for VIP Wash and shampooing 2 small mats. Car was never soaped and washed - just wet down. I sent it back for soap and water. No dice. It came back wet and visibly dirty. You could see it with the naked eye. I was astonished as this genius argued with me while buffing fine dirt into my beautiful paint. "You gotta lemme finish, maam, you gotta wait, maam...wait til I finish wiping the dirt off the paint." Got car home, rewashed it, fumed over the scratches the clown left in my paint and then eyeballed the interior. Looked like a patch work of hit and miss Armor All. Dash and instruments smudged with oily cloth. What a joke. Finally mad enough to call owner. She apologized and gave me a coupon. Their lead lot attendant was beyond inept. A Weiss Guys drop out. Folks swear by this car wash so Ill chalk this up to bad luck and give them one more try. But if youre driving the ride of your life, supervise, supervise, supervise.

First the good news...I love the ladies and the staff that checks you in, they are amazing. My car always looks great. I love supporting local. The only reason that I have not given them 5 stars is because of the amount of time it takes to get my car. On average it takes about 45 minutes, which is still longer than most, but the car always looks good so I will wait a little longer. I went in on 07/03, I was so excited to see that there was a short line and I ordered "The Complete Works" - which is a wash with dressing for dash and tires. The car pulled through and there was about 11 cars in front of me in the drying area. I watched them as they worked on cars in no particular order at a very slow pace. Make a long story short, car looked great, but 1 HOUR and 26 MINUTES to get it back. That really seems extremly excessive to wait for your car.

Classic Car Owners Rejoice!! This is the only place in town I can trust my 1965 Mustang 1st production to be washed. Ive taking it to Dannys, and other places but the machines are to powerful and rough for my girl. My antenna was actually ripped off at one of them on 16th st. Everytime I go to Los Olivos I am greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. They know my name and exactly what I like.My car always looks pristine and from the beginning attendant to the last person handing my keys to me, I can see they take pride in what they do. I love this place and highly reccomend all the negative reviewers give it another try. As for anyone being rude I have never experienced or seen that. I am there 3 to 5 times a month, and have never once seen anyone be rude to any customer. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK GUYS!! You truly are THE BEST OF PHOENIX!

This is definitely NOT the best car wash in PHX. For $17 bucks (incld tip), it is not worth the time and money. There is zero attention to detail. The hand wash is a plus, bit when you forget to wash the door handles, or skip over parts of the wheel when I specifically paid more for it, it is frustrating. The thing that bothers me the most are soap and water streaks that I get when I hit the road right after; I just paid for a car wash, why would I want a big white streak down the side of my black Audi? For that price Id expect a small detail job. I could take it to a gas station touchless, spend less money, save time and do a 10x better job (with the added expense of my effort). Im from Michigan, people have a lot more pride in their work I guess.

Have never been disappointed! Wait times: expect to wait 40-70 minutes on most weekends. Maybe around half that for weekdays in off hours. Quality/price: Even the $20 option (I believe, their cheapest..) feels like they are doing more work for the money than other places do. Your car will be spotless on the outside and inside, alike. I havent tried their more expensive options, but believe a detail runs about $100. More expensive options around $200. Staff: friendly, easy to work with. Compared to others in the area, this is the best. The automated places I notice spots on my car afterward. I dont think any handwash businesses are around the area. (Unless you count the self-serve options, which all are fairly terrible and trashy)

Horrible Car Wash – I can’t say what I’m more upset with, the car wash or the fact I assumed by the banner exclaiming they were the best carwash voted by AZ Central Phoenix magazine. Average at, slow to say the least, and at $18 +$2 tip, the 20 bucks wasn’t a deal. I thought I’d take the C6 Corvette through because the ‘hand wash” would be safer for a low clearance car. They drag it through a line with some guy on a ladder washing the top. When I got home, the rear hatch area wasn’t vacuumed and covered by the grass off my golf shoes last weekend. They did vacuum the front carpets well and pulled some loose papers from behind the seat.
