First & LAST time I use Cobblestone Auto Spa &/or oil change!!! I figured Id give them a try as I had a $5.00 off coupon. I visited the E Bell Rd & 51 location. All I wanted was a BASIC oil change & a basic (inside/outside) car wash. Well the SECOND I pulled in the oil change bay, their employees were like friggin VULTURES! Trying to upsell me on a tiny ding in the windshield, an air filter & an upgrade on the car wash promising all these extras. Well, I figured I would go with the $13 upgrade as I initially had a five dollar off coupon. I asked the oil change guy if the $13 upgrade included Armor All on the dash & panels. He clearly stated to me that they do not use Armor All, but they do use some sort of lotion/conditioner. With that, I go inside to pay at the cashier for my will change and car wash and within seconds, the cashier was very pushy into trying to sell me carwash packages. I explained to her that Id take their pamphlet with me and let me see what kind of work the car wash employees do on the vehicle. About 20 min. later, low and behold the guy flags me down that my car was ready. The second he opened the door I saw nothing but debris and and dust on the inside of my black car. I explained to him I paid for an upgrade; doesnt that include basic vacuuming and wiping down? He told me to go have a seat again and he would take care of it. Five minutes later hes flagging me down again that my car is ready. Sadly, only the two areas that I had pointed out to him were addressed. My car was still dirty! At that point I was so disgusted, that I just drove off. Back to Jiffy Lube it is for my oil changes and Desert Auto Spa on Greenway & 7th Street for my car washes! Boooooooo Cobblestone!!!

Im going to start this review out by prefacing it with the fact that I am a Cobblestone employee, and therefore feel free to treat this review with as much skepticism as you like. I am the car wash manager at this location and Im going to take a moment to give my employees a well deserved pat on the the back. Ive genuinely never in my life had an opportunity to work with such a fantastic group of individuals. A lot of people dont really think about all the pieces that it takes to run a business like this. We have five different departments that all have to work smoothly together in order to make the customers experience an enjoyable one. Its a tall order, but, other than the rare exception, we have a group who is dedicated to hard work, quality, and customer service. To me, its the customer service that is by far the most important thing. The reality of life, is that people make mistakes. Even masters of their craft are not perfect all of the time. I certainly make mistakes and so do my employees. We try to make make them few and far between, but they happen. Its how those mistakes are dealt with that are important. I personally, try to correct whatever legitimate mistakes were made. I then do whatever is necessary, within reason, to make sure that the customer leaves happy. I continually coach and encourage my employees to have the same type of attitude. That is the reason why I give this location five stars. When you combine hard workers who are focused on quality, with friendly people and great customer service, its difficult not to deliver a five star experience. My goal is to make that happen with every person, every time.

I stopped going to Cobblestone for over a year due to poor service. So a few months ago I decided to give them another try. The first couple of washes went well but today 5/22/17 they reverted to old habits. The inside was horrible. Attempted to get management involved. Tyler, general manager was off for the day. After telling my story three times the assistant manager became defensive, gave me the same excuses as a previous post on this site. We are not perfect, have done 700 car washes, 200 diamonds ( which has is what I had purchased) stated the long wait time was because of the detail they take for the diamond washes but again they make mistakes, and did not like me repeating that I had quit them once before for the same poor quality and lack of interest in the poor quality. What I got from the conversation is that the assistant managers really do not care as I was passed from one to the next, that they are defensive and have no idea how to make their staff do the job correctly the first time. If you do care about the quality of your car wash and do not want to complete the job at home, make sure you have lots of time when you go to this car wash so they can do the job twice

HORRIBLE! I went here for a $20 Uber Inspection of my car (which used to be for free. Upon completing the inspection, the man informed me that my windshield would need to be replaced in order to pass the inspection due to a chip on the drivers side that was about 0.05 of an inch in size. It was so small my insurance company would never even consider replacing it, nevermind that it didnt affect the integrity of the windshield itself. Next thing I know, all 3 other shop guys come out with the manager and the guy giving the inspection and circle around me to intimidate and threaten me to replace my windshield. I explained I was not going to give into their lies about the failure of my windshield to protect me was an effort to rob me of time and money as well as defraud my insurance company. I was appalled at the lies, intimidation and deceit of the individuals working in the service/lube area. I refuse to give into their threatening and intimidating tactics to upsell customers who clearly dont need it. I have filed the necessary complaints with Uber, the BBB, and the Arizona Attorney Generals Office. My recommendation is to stay FAR away from this place of business.

They use Uber to bring customers to them so they can file claims on windshield repairs but then dont actually follow through with over inspections. They tell you bring your car there so they can inspect for Uber for free but actually dont do it and tell you things like we have customer priority and other customers come first so you sit there all day watching Cars roll in for service while you cant get a regular 15-minute inspection done. They dont follow through the other obligations that they talk about. They tell you because its free you can wait there all day long and watch customers get oil changes done just one after another while you wait there and sit trying to get a a 15-minute inspection. They treat you like crap because they tell you that what they do is free so theyre not technically obligated to be nice to you to be polite to you to give you any whatsoever service. These people simply dont value other peoples time. They did not act as if their Professional Organization. I am just so irate with the service that they did not give me but say they provided on their website
