My car needed the seats and floor shampooed after my toddler threw up multiple times in his car seat, spilled his drink, and my husband sat on a chocolate candy bar and smeared it all over the front seat accidentally. I had the floor mats shampooed a few months prior at sonic, but needless to say the mats were still dirty looking, so I didnt have high hopes for them looking clean. I called this place up to find out about their prices and was very surprised at how reasonable they are, they have better prices than anyone else around! I scheduled an appointment for a few hours later. When I arrived I was greeted by very friendly staff who didnt try to up-sell me at all (thank you!), and they had my car taken back in no time. I love that they schedule the shampoo jobs, it ensures you wont be waiting forever. It took them less than 30 minutes and I could not believe how clean they got my seats, floors and floor mats! They looked brand new! The guy that worked on my car was very friendly and showed me all the work they did and made sure I was happy with the job. He had a great sense of humor as he jokingly advised me to drive carefully since the plastic cover on my seat was very slippery and he didnt want me flying out the window. He advised I let the floor mats dry indoors out of the sun so they would stay soft and not get crispy. They placed my floor mats in my trunk so the floor could dry quickly. Very thoughtful crew, their work is superior to other places, they honestly care and take pride in their work. Ill be bringing my other vehicle here to be cleaned for sure. Thanks guys!

A Great find. My new favorite car wash, great in every way. I really like that it is a touch free wash. When I asked them if they would use my microfiber towels to dry the paint, one of their managers was very nice, explained that for safety their company doesnt let them use outside stuff to clean the cars, he showed me that a) they only use microfiber towels (only wash Ive been to that does this), & b) how they clean their towels leaves them just a little moist so the hairs are soft & wont scratch my car. I was already extremely impressed by that point, with the touch free & very polite crew. I go inside, very nice girl at the counter, I pay and wait about 20 min, which was really quick considering how packed they were. When they come to let me know its ready, a nice young man looks over my car with me real quick and it was great. I paid around 23$, & I got a better job than some places in town that charge about a time and a half that, and give me half the job of this place. Very well ran and organized car wash. Will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

Disappointed to see that after my carwash was "completed" there were still dirt and smudges along with a big blob of dried dirty goo on the side of my car. I mentioned it to the employee bringing me out to my car and he proceeded to rub it with a dry towel in an attempt to show me it wouldnt come off. I asked if he has any solution to get it off and he stated that we would need a degreaser and it would cost extra. I took some of my spit and successfully rubbed off the goo with the towel. He didnt seem to have anything to say--no offers to run the car through again or take a second look. Cant speak for the business as a whole but this particular employee didnt seem to have enough work ethic to take care of an obvious problem. A clean exterior is a clean exterior not a clean exterior with occasional blob of goo here or smudge of dirt there. Not going back.

I usually hand wash my cars on my own, but I was in a hurry, and needed to wash my Wifes car. I knew I didnt want to take it to some of the other places similar to Prompt Car Wash, because Ive found they are often over priced and under deliver. I came across Prompt Car Wash & Detail online, so I stopped by on my lunch. They were pretty busy, and it took the better part of my lunch hour to get the car washed. But in all honesty, it was worth the wait! You would assume that when a place like that is really busy, they might miss a spot, or not do as thorough of a job, but that was hardly the case. The car looked great, and they even walked around the car with me afterward to make sure it met my expectations. It definitely did, and I will be back for sure! Thank you for the great service!

Wow / Excellent! Went here at the referral of a friend & very glad that I did. Weve got a slightly older suburban that we wanted to sell & the kids have destroyed the inside of it over the years. These guys brought it back to life. I was looking for a good place to have it actually detailed, because I have had many places, including car dealers do "detailing" before but never was 100% happy with the level of detail in their "detail" work, I mean seriously, If your paying 150-200 for a detail, you should get your moneys worth right? I am really thankful to these guys for making it look practically like new. Iam going to refer everyone I know to come here. These guys are great!

Im new to the area, so we tried these guys for the first time today, very nice workers, and really good prices for the work. I had a place in California "shampoo" the floors and seats once before, and it cost way more, and looked way worse. I have a suburban, which chauffeurs around our 4 adorable (delinquents) children, you do the math. I had these guys do just the carpets & seats, but not the complete detail. Now obviously with our kids having spilled everything you can think of over the last 2 years I didnt think the carpets and seats would look as good as they ended up, but I am very content, it even smells great after. The wife and I will definitely use these guys again.

I had an incident and the whole front of my interior was ravaged with a nasty coffee residue. It took me a bit to find the place because when I pulled up it didnt look like anyone was there but once I found the entrance they came up and took over. I went with the their ultra wash option and wow. Not only did they get the coffee out (I spoke with the manager about this and he charged a bit extra which I agreed with... it was pretty bad) but they took care of EVERYTHING. They cleaned things I didnt realize needed cleaning. It was like getting into a brand new car! loved the service, spot on, will come again

First time visit, took my brand new car in for a wash after a dirty rain. Asked for just a basic wash, which I erroneously assumed meant that they would only wash the outside of the car. Got charged $18 for them to leave the interior dirtier than it was when I came in, with bits of towel fiber all over the place. When I complained to the cashier she sheepishly mentioned that all their options have the same name, so a basic wash could be interior, exterior, or both. Exterior wash was fine, subpar interior clean that I didnt even want means that I wont go back.
