Three bad experiences cant be wrong. 1. Tried to upsell me for 5 minutes. I said no to all of the services. Two hours later the car was done. 2. Thought first time could have been a fluke. Tried to upsell me for 5 minutes. I remembered my last experience so gave in to a more detailed cleaning. Unfortunately the car directly in front of mine died. Instead of moving the dead car to let mine through or backing mine up to go around they left it there and let everyone else who kept coming in after me go by. When I asked wtf are u doing they said "ohhh sorry. We will move it through right now". That meant an additional 15 min. A total of 2 hours later I was on my way. 3. Desperate for a wash and thinking I would give it one last shot I went in again. I was again given the upsell speach for 5 minutes. Declined all but again got the wash which included inside detailing. An hour and a half later they waved me over. I got in my car and realized the took their rag and did one wipe across the dash board. Not a back and forth wipe, one wipe straight across. Nothing else. I thought about getting out and making them finish the job but I could tell, based on the hour and a half I spent watching them, the guys didnt give a hoot about me or what I would have had to say. I went to this place three times because I understand sometimes things go wrong. People have bad days. So I always give places another chance. Usually the next experience is better. This one got worse every time.

When my car was done I drove around the block and as I adjusted the rear view mirror it was loose. I went back and the 1st manager said that he couldnt do anything about it until he looked at the camera to see if his employee touched my mirror. I asked him to play the video and why wouldnt my mirror be washed? He said that he didnt have time and needed to call the owner but couldnt call him until later. I went home and called about 20 minutes later and asked if he had call yet and he said he was busy. So, I drove back and another manager came out and fixed my mirror. A screw was loose and as I thought about it my system has bass so maybe the employee just knocked it loose while washing the mirror so he actually helped me in a sense. Then when he was fixing the mirror I noticed the rims and the inside were dirty and I thought I bought the expensive wash and that should have been done. The 2nd manager again washed the rims again so I thank him for taking care of everything. All in all the car looked good and maybe my standards are just a bit higher...

After paying +$150 for a detail job and a $30 gratuity, I discovered the portable air compressor in case housed in the rear door pocket of my SUV was missing (not a loose or misc. item, but rather a piece of safety equipment). I reported the theft and was told I had probably just forgotten it wasnt there when I dropped it off. I assured them otherwise. I asked to have the gratuity returned and for either store credit or cash in the amount of the replacement value of the air compressor. After much arguing, the gratuity was returned and I was told they couldnt help me any further. I have filed a complain with the BBB and a police report. I note that there are several previous BBB complaints that Prestige refused to resolve. Ironic that a BBB member would run such a bad business.

We just purchased a navigator and were close to this shop according to my Droid X so I searched for reviews. They were all negative and usually I would have moved on but they were the only ones in the area so I called the manager (Sean) and asked him about the negative reviews and he professionally gave me his answer and explanation. Due to his honesty and him asking for a chance to show otherwise I brought our truck in and we spoke about what I wanted. After he gave me a price I thought to be a bit low I asked what the normal price would be if business was better, he told me and I agreed to the normal price due to situation. They went above and beyond and we were happy as he delivered everything as promised and on time. What more could we ask for?

If I would give this like a 4.6 I probablywould. This place was very timely and I was very impressed with the service. However I think considering how much I paid my wax/polish job could have been better. Also they closed early a few times and I really relied on them closing at 6 due to my work schedule conflicting, I had to go on my day off. I wont go anywhere else for a car wash though! First place to actually get the bugs off.

Had been going here for years. Price for a basic wash has gone up again and now it near 16/17 dollars. Then i was told that my SUV needs to be hand washed because of the roof rack and I cannot purchase the basic wash. This was due to the possibility of the wash curtains getting stuck in the rack. This was "the owners" new rule. There are much cheaper washes in the area that provide the same service for less.

Talk about up selll!! Grabbed my credit card without even telling me the price. Tried to charge $200 for a detail. Seemed annoyed when I asked for something cheaper and snapped at me that he was giving me a discount at $200. The staff is incredibly unfriendly. There was a young woman there working the register and she was the only nice person in the place. Save your money!

Hard to find good places for a hand car wash, but they offer it and did a great job. Also, another thing I noticed with other car washes like all the old "dannys" is they will take at least a good 45 minutes + to get it done. This place did it in a reasonable time.

When it says unlimited car wash it means unlimited. My car was so dirty i had to run it twice was told you can run it once. Sometimes I come in for a wash and there is a problem with the washing machine.

I had a great experience washing my car here. It was fast, the people were friendly, and they did an awesome job. I definetly recommend this car wash over the bigger chain car washes in town.

This is the only car wash left that hasnt disappointed me. Every time I need full detail work I come back here since I live in Queen Creek, if Im in the area Ill get a regular service too.

Their services was a bit lower than my standard. Although my car looks clean but when thoroughly examine their cleaning wasnt enough, dirt still lodged in the corners.

Under new ownership and raised prices. Basic wash now 12.99. New prices posted but misleading. More bang for your buck elsewhere and not the only game in town.

Always trying to upcharge, they dont thoroughly vacuum or clean interiors or exteriors. I have gone there 4 times but will not return
