This place doesnt even deserve a one star, talked me into purchasing a detail package in February and paid in advance, now i went back for the detail today 6/23/2017 the manager thats working wont give me his name and said " its my problem that i couldnt find the receipt and there is noway for him to look it up on the computer when i was here and paid for the service and there is nothing he can do" i asked told him i have already talked to the other manager on the phone twice this week about the service i paid for and that manager found my purchase and told me to come in today to get it done. so now today not only this manager said its my problem that i paid and cant find the receipt and there is nothing he will do. i asked to talk to someone above him he says he owns this place and noone else is above him he is the boss. I will continue to look for the owner of this place and not only will i get my money back i will report this place to taking peoples money and not doing the service to BBB. who knows maybe the manager is pocketing money on the side .

Ok I went there to get my car detailed, and the guy I dealt with, his name was Steve. They told me it was a full detail on special for $100. I spect over an hour waiting and when I went outside to look at what they were doing, two of their staff were talking barely working on my car. For the rest of it, I stood there and watched, they did an ok job on the inside. When they said it was done, I looked in the trunk and they didnt even touch it! Then I said they need to do it, and one guy gave me attitude and the other made excuses. I didnt think to look under the hood, and when I got home I looked and they didnt clean the engine or at least spray it down. It was a waste of money! Their 12.99 detail is the exact same as their $100 one....DON"T GET RIPPED OFF, GO SOMEHWERE ELSE!

Ok basically, this place overcharges everyone they can. You will see a deal you cannot beat (10$ off so 20$ for car wash and oil change TOO good?) yes it is too good. They cant afford it! What you get is a 45$ car wash for your unique oil filter that wasnt included in the oil change price haha. Cuz oil change prices with no filter are so common. Fradulent business, do not go here, they cant afford to operate at their discounts so they DO NOT. They bait you and switch the price. I went there to spend the 20$ (I called to verify before I went in) and i spent almost twice that. Awesome place. I am livid enough to go on here to post. Word to the wise, do not go here unless you are drenched in money and dont care/

I stopped going to Danny years ago but had to have my car washed today and had no alternatives so I went there. It has not changed. At the beginning, they try hard to upsell you - it must be commissioned sales. . At the end, you watch the people who do the real work of cleaning your car (yet they probably earn less than anyone in the place). However, even these hard-working folks ignore the lower part of your car - mine still had tar marks on it. There were dirty places on the windshield. Dannys is a place to go if you want a fairly expensive, superficial car wash. Maybe they are all that way.

I was offered a good discounted price on an oil change with a free wash so I let them do it. A few days later it shows up on my bank statement at full price. When I went back to ask why I was over-charged, I was told that I would need to show a coupon to get the difference back. I wouldnt take these guys at their word or trust them with a credit card. The car wash was fine save for streaks on the windows/mirrors from not being dried fully or properly. The service took forever thanks to frequent interruptions of trying to upsell me on other services. I will not be going back there.

I pre-paid $100 for a detail back in February. I moved out of state shortly thereafter and so I was unable to get the detail done. I have called numerous times to get my money refunded as I paid for the service but never got it. Ive been getting the run around for months and they have yet to resolve this. Why would you keep a customers money if they didnt get what they paid for??? Very unethical practices. Be wary of this place. Theyll rip you off and take your money and not even feel bad like a bunch of crooks.

I took my truck to get the inside detailed. I have a very nice tint job and they scratched it in three places. I spoke with the manager and he said that they would not be able to do anything about it. He actually tried to insinuate that I had done it myself. Not only did they do a horrible job of detailing - it cost me an extra $75 to fix the damage they did while they were working on my truck. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE. I have coupons for the place and WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN REGARDLESS!!!

I cant believe this place and their workers, dropped my car off to get an oil change and they said it comes with a car wash which I said ok to but did not want the inside of my car done and so we left to get lunch, came back to pay and then went to my car to find they decided to clean the inside as well but the worst part is that I keep like $4 in my change holder for emergency and when I got in my car it was gone.

Dont believe the negative ads. I use Genie Car Wash Exclusively for all my car wash, detail work and their Service Department was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They have a Gourmet Market with just about anything you could need. Snacks, gifts, cards, air fresheners... You name it! My wife and I find them to be very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend them to all our friends.

I wish I had read the reviews before I went to get my car detailed. I felt hustled. $175.00 for a detail and when I went to pick up the car 3 hours later, some of the seats were still dusty, there was hair and bits of lint all over the inside. They hadnt even cleaned the pocket of the drivers door. What a total rip off.

This is a bad car wash I ever had. Intially they will explain something for you and ends up with something else. They only talk about money not the service. If you have any questions after your wash done. You paid for this much only. Never recommend this to anyone. Very very bad attitude towards customers.

I have been going to Genie Carwash for a few years now. They always do an excellent job and even if there is an issue I just ask the employees to take care of it and they usually do. They do the best wash for your money. They also have many coupons which make it that much better. I recommend this place!
