The hand was sash fine, exactly what was expected but the wax left much to be desired. Upon inspection of the job, I needed to point out an entire 1 ft section of the front bumper that they missed as well as a few spots on the fenders. But after that, everything looked alright. When I returned home I noticed a ton of wax left in cracks and between panels. I needed to go over my car fully with my own towels to get the remaining wax off the car. They also got wax on my plastic trim which they tried to cover up with an armor all type spray they had. If your looking for an ok hand wash, this place is just ok....Dont get a wax from them. Spend the extra bucks and have a higher end location do it.

I accidentally left my phone in my car and I thought itd be fine because I was in Scottsdale. I was profiling haha. I came out and tipped and my phone was gone. I didnt raise as much hell as I should have but the manager didnt really care. He said he would take my phone number down and call me if he saw anything on the cameras. First of all the cameras are not in my car how will you see if it was stolen? Second of all how are you going to call me when my phone is shut off in one of your employees pockets? My car was clean but Ill never go back. Dishonest and lacking common sense. Not good from a business standpoint.

Horrible place. Ive gotten my car detailed there before and they just did a shotty job. Just went to go through the autowash for a quick wash. I pulled up expecting one of the 10 people there to present themselves and collect payment but no. Had to leave car out in middle of lot, go inside and ask how i do this. They didnt speak english very well and dont communicate at all. It was very frustrating. I got through car wash and then they didnt dry it. Wouldnt recommend getting my dog washed here.

Ive taken my car to this car wash twice (second time was giving them a second chance). Both times, I had streaking on my car. When they waved me down to let me know my car was ready, I looked it over and had to have them touch up areas because the entire bumper of the car and lights still had spots everywhere as well as the back of my mirrors and the door handles. You cant even smell the freshener they supposedly put in the car. This is definitely not Scottsdale quality.

I drove 10 miles to this location. This location was the only one with 3.5 ratings in 50 mile radius. I got the $19.99 package with included interior dressing but no one even bother to even clean inside my car apart for vacuum. They didnt even open my trunk to clean through trim. Im giving 2 stars just because customer service was good. I dont recommend this place. I think Shell drive thru car wash is better than this place. Never again.

So while I was here right before labor day the truck in front of my car was damaged, I think the staff ran into the wall. I paid $50 for the interior protection package so the sun would not runien my leather seats or crack my dash. My dash cracked the next day. Dont waist your time or money here.

Everyone here was great! The cashier was super friendly and the details guys even cracked jokes with me. My car was a mess and I drove away with a brand-new looking and smelling car. Thanks guys! I will definitely be coming back regularly

Scottsdales Best Hand Wash & Car Wash Service. Ive been getting hand car washes there for over a year now and they do a great job. Maurice the general manager is very nice and always makes sure that the cars are looking spotless.

Broke my dash in 2 places..900 dollar fix and manager said it couldnt have been them..ive been going there for 7 years now and for them to show me this respect is a slap in the face..i wouldnt go there again..
