Mediocre at best. Please save your money and go to the Rocket Express Car Wash down off 7200 S. Ok - Reasons I liked Mister Car Wash 1. Its close to where I live 2. It did clean my tires well Reasons I disliked Mister Car Wash 1. After going through the car wash I noticed that there were still hundreds of dead bugs on the front of my car. 2. After asking them to go through a 2nd time, there were still hundreds of dead bugs on the front of my car. 3. Parking/Vacuuming area was super dirty and filled with trash. When I took out the floor mats to try to vacuum them, they seemed to only get dirtier. 4.The vacuum hoses sucked; not in the way they are supposed to. It took me about 30 minutes to vacuum my sedan. 5. Their computer system when entering specified a number like 7,10, 12, 15 but it didnt clearly let me know that it was dollars that it was talking about. 6. The two people at the front of the car wash were helpful, but why not give them a pressure sprayer to clean the fronts of cars, or at least get the front of the car wet before they go through the car wash. 7. The inside of the car wash was weak spraying, weak scrubbing (like a grandma in a wheelchair with a wet towel would have done better) and poor at drying. For these reasons I say save your money, and get it done right the first time at Rocket Express or just about anywhere else. Id ad photos but it wont let me. Really though go somewhere else.

Purchased the most expensive wash which offered a 7 day guarantee to come back for a free wash if you were not happy with the wash or it rained, etc. When I got home I noticed that a lot of the red dirt from camping the weekend before was still on my car. So I returned 2 days later for the free re-wash. It asked me to ring for an attendant for the guarantee and when the gentleman showed up he told me I needed to pay for the re-wash. I told him both the sign and my receipt said it was free. He again told me I needed to pay for it. After going back and forth for a couple min, I finally said I wasnt going to pay for a 2nd wash when the first one wasnt even done fully and as I was about to drive off he told me they would give me the free wash "this one time". Please dont act like you are doing me a favor when I paid extra for the guarantee and both the receipt and the signs I was parked in front of said I got the free wash. Esp. when I had to return a 2nd time because the wash hadnt been done well enough the first time. Disappointed enough with the whole experience that I wont be going back to this car wash ever again.

IT is very off putting when they have an employee at the kiosk that tries to argue with me to buy the high end car wash, when I have never noticed a difference between the lowest one and the highest one. Every single time the same employee tries to sell me on a more expensive wash, no matter how many times i tell him no, he continues to try to sell me... All the while holding my debit card, that I believe he is there to swipe for me the same as he did every other customer. I just want to purchase what i came to purchase, swipe my own card and not be harassed by some employee. When I get to the vacuums, the trash cans are almost always over flowing with trash, as if they havent been emptied for weeks... Low quality service, low quality experience. For the same price as the high end wash here, I can pay a professional detailer to clean my car inside and out with a better customer service experience. Which is what I do now.

They recently replaced the vacuum hoses and now all the hoses have the stupid wide carpet nozzles on them. Theyre a pain to use, I cant vacuum under the seats of my car or in the small spaces around the seats, and I cant vacuum the water out from the window , so when roll my windows down after the wash, I get water spots all over my windows. Please bring back the normal thin vacuum hose attachments that look like the hose attachments on your vacuum at home. Im going to be washing my car elsewhere until they bring back the normal vacuum nozzles. Otherwise the car wash is fine. Sometimes youll order a premium wash or tire shine and wont get it. Just let the car wash guys know, theyll send you back through the wash and give you a free wash for next time. It happens to me about once a year here and I wash my car 2-3x a month.

Never Again!!! Paid for the best wash at the same time 3 other cars selected their own washes then we all filed together at random into the line. When it was my turn to go into the wash nobody asked to confirm what I paid for or what number my car was. Then I proceeded to watch the car in front of me get extra services that I didnt get even though I paid for everything!!! When I got to the vacuums (which I have no complaint about, the suction was great) I walked around my car and found a white sticky residue in multiple different locations (I bought this car brand spanking new 6 days ago) and had to go buy wipes to clean it off. My car is covered in spots, I clearly never got the wax, and Im just pissed off beyond belief. Never again.

If you go before/after the peak on Saturday you dont have to wait in a line on 3rd west. I like this wash enough to buy their unlimited membership. The wash is great and seems pretty gentle on my car. The tire and wheel shine is surprisingly good. That said the vacuums are horrible. Half are clogged from inconsiderate patrons vacuuming up cigarette pack cellophane, hair ties, and fast food receipts. Another third of them are flat out broken with disconnected head pieces/hoses. It takes twice as long to vacuum my car as it should. Almost no suction. I wish there was a better option downtown for this price point but for the money, this place does the trick.

I come here several times a day as part of my work, and its great. Though, I have just a few minor complaints. First off, when they get busy, the whole place is backed up for at least a half hour before you can even get to where you can pay. Cars are backed up on 300 W almost to the Walmart sometimes. Secondly, the prices recently went up, which could be an attempt to limit the amount of customers they have at busy times, while still maintaining the same, or even more, profit. The carwash, although a little overpriced, is not bad at all. I especially love that I can bring lowered cars such as Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Audi R8s, etc., through this carwash.

Paid 16.00 for an "ultimate wash to get the bugs off my car after I drove down from Idaho. There is no brush in this machine for the front of your car. It left all the bugs on. Complained to the attendant- he said they dont guarantee the wash if the bugs are "stuck to the paint." What does that even mean? Gave me a re wash that accomplished nothing. Went to a self service car wash and had them off in 3 minutes. What a waste of my time and 16.00. Would give zero stats if possible. Your only function is to clean a car - of what value is your business if you dont? Oh, and the vacuums dont have any suction, either.
