I was a loyal customer before, and after the remodel. Until recently, when a very un-customer service like employee, brought it all down. My debit card for the monthly service had been changed, so I parked in front of the building, where the cash register is, yes there is sign that said "no parking", but I was literally the only person there. they had ZERO customers. And no one in sight. I get approached by the person who hands out wash tickets and told to move my car. I literally looked around and looked back at him. And still I was told again to move my car. I am your only customer there and youre asking me to move. I was going inside to try to give you money. It would have taken less than a min. Well needless to say I did move my car. But to another car wash. Id rather drive further than deal with bad service. This is the 3rd time I received bad customer service there, I give everybody three chances and thats it. Im sorry but this is not the place I will take my vehicle anymore.

Now that they remodeled, they have doubled their fees, and service is worse. $ 25.00 bucks and no tire sealant! Go elsewhere, they also left my wipers on as my 2016 Rover was going through the wash.... knuckleheads! I was a customer before, but no longer..expensive, and service is worse! They told me for $ 29.00 bucks I could have the tire coating! LOL... what a joke! Come summer, this place will die.... no locals, and I am one that wont be supporting them!

I have had my car and my wifes car washed at the Grand Prix Car Wash many many times and every time they have done an exceptional job! The people working there are very friendly and pay attention to detail. You dont have to worry about anything when you take your car to the Grand Prix Car Wash!! The owners always come out to say hello and want to make sure you have a good experience while there!

My car always comes out clean as a whistle. Its Spotless and they do it in short order. How does a car wash strip off "Clear Coat?"...In Square patches? Whats that all about? Grand Prix has always done a very good job and I have tons of friends that feel the same way. Simply the Best Car Wash in the town.

These people removed patches of clear-coat off my doors; left permanent drip marks on every inch of my trim....had to take it back twice to have that rubbed out. Owner was rude (and dissheveled) and took no responsibility whatsoever for the damage to my car. Never trust your car to Grand Prix.

I have been to the Grand Prix car wash several times and each time is better than the next! The people are friendly and know what they are doing. . .even when they are busy it only takes a short while for my car to go through the process and come out clean as a whistle!

They dont open on time. Also waited 10 minutes and backed out of the wash. If your going, dont go first thing in the morning. Customer service is horrible!
