Went there to get my carpets and upholstery cleaned. I paid $65 which i thought was steep but I was willing to pay it for good service. When my car was returned to me, both the seats and carpet where still extremely dirty. It seemed as if they just sprayed everything with carpet cleaner and gave it a quick wipe. I had already waited 45 minutes for them to complete the service so i told them that i would be bringing it back later in the day for them to redo the service. I returned later in the day and asked that they redo both the carpets and upholstery. They gladly accepted and i thought this time they would return with a clean car. Again, after a 45 minute wait, my car was returned to me in basically the same condition is was before. I eventually came home and cleaned the car myself because it seems they are too incompetent. Dont waist your money or your time at this place. Youll spend the money and end up having to do it yourself anyway. I dont usually write reviews but when i get such poor service as i did today, i feel everyone should be warned. I saw the reviews and decided to go here anyway. BIG Mistake!

Ive been to the downtown location a few times, and I was usually indifferent with the results. Not really moved either way, just indifferent. Today was exceptionally poor. The greeter was curt and offered poor explanations as to the service offerings. I asked if they had anything printed and he said they did not. I chose the $22 option with the idea that the interior would be wiped down if nothing else. I keep my car pretty clean and dont have passengers real often, so I was just hoping that it would be a little less dusty. The outside was wiped down poorly (spots, streaks, etc) and the inside had a rag run over the top of the dash and that was it. The wheels are still dirty and the car isnt dry. The best part? My car now reeked of B.O. from the guys driving it into and out of the wash. If youd like to be $22 poorer with a wet, smelly car; this is the place for you. The local gas station has a better car wash - I wish I was exaggerating here.

Ive brought my past two cars here consistently because I am a person of ethnicity, and they staff are always extremely nice to me and take that extra step in my vehicle. However the gal at the counter (Jenette is what my receipt says) had an attitude with almost everyone. My thought is if you dont like your job get a different one. If your not going to make people feel good about paying good money to get their car washed and detailed then you dont deserve that job. So as I sit here an wait for my car to be waxed I continue to witness the carelessness behind the counter. Unfortunately as I exited the door near the counter I explained one last "have a good day" and was completely ignored. I hope rude a** Jenette isnt working the counter next time Im there. I for sure wont be as polite.

I am in a similar business to theirs and I understand that bad things will happen. I have had a monthly pass with them for a while and they always did a great job. Recently my car was damaged in a way that legally was not their fault. They have warning signs that I ignored. But in all the months Ive had my car washed I never had a problem, and I was never verbally warned that there could be an issue. Expensive damage was caused. They paid a reputable body shop to fix it. I was surprised. I feel they did more than they needed to do to make it right. I now feel I owe them my business. I havent been specific on this review on purpose to protect them. I will happily continue my monthly services. I will now read their signs.

REALLY 4.5! I dont generally use car washes as Ive got a hoopty but a calamity forced me to get the driver seat shampooed. The staff was kind and offered to just shampoo the one seat rather than all seats for an a la carte price. They vacuumed the rest of the upholstery & carpets. I got a 2nd tier wash, so they dusted & washed the inside of the windows. 5 stars would have been had they got the crud of the automatic transmission lever case. When I went into drive & reverse, the crud remained, but in park it looks pretty. I plan to use them again, when I dont have a calamity & will refer any one who needs a car wash with a little extra to them. Good work gentleman!

One word... useless. Brought my car in there today because I just returned from a really dusty road trip. Ordered their "Works Wash" @ $23 and asked the attendant to pay particular attention to the interior because of dust coating on everything. Got in my car after the detail guys were done wiping it down and drove off. A half block away I could see dust everywhere, including the dashboard which is probably the easiest interior area to clean. A waste of time and money. Never going back to a Supersonic again, especially this location. Agree with the comment that you are better off going through a convenience store/gas station car wash for the exterior.

Ive been to several Supersonic locations and am usually happy. I have an exterior monthly pass for my car. But today we took my wifes car to this location because we were nearby and decided to get the full service for $18. WAY overpriced for what they did and it was a terrible job. The exterior was fairly decent, but what was the extra $10 for? They vacuumed apparently but did it super quick and looked like it wasnt even done. The interior windows were crap as well and they didnt even use any type of winded or cleaner. No wonder. I will not be back to this location.

Very disappointed! I have gone to Supersonic a few times thinking my experience would get better. It hasnt. The last time I went, I paid for the highest-priced full service. The guys seem to think their conversation was more important than cleaning my car. I got home and looked throughout my car. They didnt even vacuum. Looking around, they barely even did anything inside. I emailed the corporate office to file a complaint. All I got was a voice mail and no one has returned my call. I will NEVER go to Supersonic again.

I have to laugh because it was such a shoddy job. I spent $34 on a car wash which consisted of a partially washed exterior, partially vacuumed carpet and and a dash wipe down. I honestly could have done a better job in 20 minutes of my own time for $5. I gave these guys a second chance because they are at a convenient location. Dont go here if youre looking for people who pride themselves on their work or a management team who oversees quality control. One word: pathetic.

Used to be the best place to go; time has clearly changed all that. Stopped in because we were waiting on a car at Ken Garff, purchased the works wash; after getting the car windows had not been cleaned, door jams poorly wiped and interior poorly vacuumed. We paid $25 for a wash we could have done for $3 at a regular wash. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ill stick to Mister car wash, their $7 basic wash does the exact same as the $25 wash we paid for here.
