This Car wash facility can cause damage to your vehicle. I believe Clean Machine Car Wash uses excessive amounts of force at their facility that lead to damage of my vehicle. Save yourself the headache and go to a hand wash only car wash. I am not affiliated or endorse any car wash company and am just reporting my own awful experience in service. On March 19th I took my vehicle into clean machine and paid for the "super charged wash" after wiping my car down I noticed half of my Toyota Land Cruiser emblem was missing. the excessive force of the wash brushes and water had cracked the emblem in half and torn it off my car. I drove back to the Clean Machine and filled out a report with the assistance manger who assured me Barnet Jacobs the General Manager would get back to me within days. A week and half later I followed up by calling the GM since I hadnt heard anything from him. Barnet Jacobs hastily told me he was too busy to talk to me about my situation and said he would call back later that afternoon. After not hearing back from Barnet I again reached out to him today, he again gave me the run around and told me he would review my incident report. Hours later I received an email from Barnet saying they thought the piece was already broken and they assumed no responsibility for damage. Im 33 years old, have a great job and have invested a lot of time and effort into the maintenance of my vehicle, trying to "get over" on a local business for an 80 dollar emblem isnt how I like to spend my time. At the end of the day, I will never spend another dollar toward "clean machine car wash" and would recommend to anyone considering them that my situation isnt unique, damage is reported is numerous reviews. Barnet Jacobs handling of the situation was unprofessional and he refuses to take responsibility for the damage that occurred due to his machines. I would avoid this business. A 12 dollar car wash ended up costing my near $100, but at least I know where not to take my vehicle.

DONT RISK SCRATCHING YOUR CAR! I went in to this car wash, as I do regularly because I have a monthly pass. I went through the car wash, and when I came out on the other side, I parked my car and used the restroom. When I came back I began to wipe the spots off my car and spray it with the air hose. When I made it to the drivers side, I noticed a gash next to my door handle, went to get the manager and when we came back I saw that there was not just one gash, but a series of scratches stretching from my driver door to my taillight. He said he would go and look at the tunnel and the cameras after assuring me that there is no possible way that their system could have scratched my car. I then assured him that yes, no matter what system you have, there is a chance of scratching a car, I have worked in one before and my family also owns one; it happens. He came back to tell me that there was not a scratch on the car in the cameras to what I responded, "your cameras must be fuzzy then." We looked at them and sure enough, the scratch was not visible, but the cameras were not crystal clear either. The final conclusion was that he said it was not his fault and therefore will not pay for it. Pretty upsetting when you know that you did not scratch your own car nor did anyone else other than the car wash. I have had this car for 7 weeks, dont even have the plates on it, and I take extremely good care of my car. Why should I pay thousands to have my car fixed? It was a pretty large and deep scratch. If you have a new and expensive car, TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. I would hate to see this happen to another Mercedes, BMW or any other car of that matter. The manager is terrible with customer service, I would highly suggest new management. I, as a manager would never treat a customer with such disregard as he did, after all the customer is always right. A new camera system that can actually view is needed also. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Dont EVER go here. I dont care what they say about their equipment or vacuums or dryers.... Their staff is the WORST. ALL THE WAY FROM THE ATTENDANT TO THE GM! Brought my car there to get a good wash before selling it. Paid and pulled around the corner to the entrance. Girl waving me in was 1/2 paying attention and wasnt watching the height clearance on my car. Ended up cracking my bumper and spider webbing the paint on it in 3 places because the wheel track didnt clear (my car was not lowered either). Filled out a claim, contacted manager (Barnet Jacobs), he of course said right away they werent liable. I persisted and he said to get quotes for repair and get back to him to discuss further. Sent the estimates and he then replied he had some personal issues going on and would get back to me soon... of course he didnt. Has been dodging all of my calls for almost 3 months now, clearly they dont give a crap. The damage to the car almost made me lose the sale of the vehicle that day, and I ended up not getting the agreed upon price because of the damage present. Clean Machines argument was there was a piece of carbon fiber on my bumper which isnt "factory installed" and even though there was direct damage to my bumper from the impact on both that piece (which I wasnt asking for damages from) but also to the bumper itself, the fact that there were non factory installed accessories on the car that were also damaged they can dismiss the claim entirely. Bunch of BS, and nobody is dumb enough to not see its just an excuse for them to not be liable for irresponsible staff or crappy equipment. Dont waste your time with this place, they only want your money and dont care what happens to your car in the process.

**DON"T RISK SCRATCHES** Ive been going here for years and loved the place. The other weekend, I drove my pathfinder through and when finished, there were a couple parallel scratches from the passenger side front tire to the rear tire. The beginning of the top scratch was deep enough the paint came completely off. I spoke to the manager and before even getting to my car, he explained that it would be absolutely impossible for that to happen at his car wash and continued to give me all the reasons... Anyway, I guess I had some really bad luck. If you "search in reviews" under yelp for scratch youll see Im not the only one. I did find that the car wash on indian bend/pima washes by hand and almost the same price so I do have a new spot. As for my scratches, Ill have to see what the insurance company says. Be warned. 99% of the time youre probably fine but that 1% youre going to come out with a very damaged car.

We have a fast pass for the $3 car wash in Phoenix. Stoooed here while we were in Scottsdale after a bird hung out on my car for the evening. This place was amazing and very worth the money. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The guy guiding us in saw all the bird poop and basically washed my car before going thru the carwash. He sprayed stuff on it, let it sit, told us he was letting it soak so he could spray it off so it didnt eat through the wax. He actually cared and tried to ensure we came out with a shiny clean car. This was an amazing place and wish they would build one in Phoenix!
