Regarding Their High End Auto Detailing. A Gentleman Started His Sales Talk About Detailing My Car. I Was Not At All Interested When He Was Doing His Best To Sell Me. I "Matter Of Fact" Told Him I Would Be Happy To Let Them Detail My Car IF I Felt They Could Detail The Car As Good As I Could Do It Myself, But Of Course I Was Sure They Would Not Even Remotely Come Close To Doing That, And That I Would Only Be Aggrivated. Long Story Short, The Gentleman Persisted And I Ended Up Letting Them Clean It As I Was Going On A Trip And Knew I Was Not Going To Get To It, And Figured Their Less Than Adequate Detailing Would Have To Do. I Returned A Mear 2 Hours Later And Expected That Maybe They Would Come Close To Having The Car Clean To My Satisfaction. First Glance, For A Split Second My Car Did Not Even Look Like Mine. It LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE ELSES BRAND NEW CAR. I Was Sure It Was Another Customers New Car. Mine Is A Lincoln MKX 2011 Car With Low Milage. Being About 4 Years Old It Had Lost Its New Car Look, That is Until They Did Their Majic With Their Products And Buffing Tools, Wax Ect. Door Trims, EVERYTHING, (Ok Maybe Some Minor Little Dirt Somewhere Here Or There But That Would Have Been Splittng Hairs So To Speak). I Was, And Still Am Amazed And Excited That I Got My Moneys Worth, And A Beautiful, Shiny Inside and Out, Like New Looking Car Back. I Am Thrilled And Appreciate All The Hard Work Their Guys Did For Me. 5 STARS

If I could give 0 I would. I had hard water spots on my car so I inquired about a price to have them removed. Quoted me a high $350 then brought it down to $175 thinking it was some awesome deal. I said no thank you, because I wanted to do research, and they proceeded to bring the price down even more. I think I got it down to $125, but I genuinely just wanted to do research. When I said no thank you yet again, the guy said exactly this, "So youre going to come to my car wash and bargain me all the way down, then say no thank you?" I was baffled and almost wanted to back out, but there was a car behind me. It gets worse... The other guy standing there said, ok well do your windshield replacement too. I have one or two little dings in it from rocks. I said no thank you. He said "I can guarantee a lower price than your insurance." I said no thank you. I then get attitude from this guy when he says, "Well Im sure the company you use doesnt have good quality glass." I found myself in quite an uncomfortable position and I will 100% never return to this car wash and I suggest nobody does either. Save yourself some uncomfortable encounters! Had to edit review because upon exiting the car wash, I had a crack that went half way across my windshield.

Im giving this place a 2 star review and heres why... my car came out clean and service was somewhat quick. Now some negatives - Poorly designed car wash. Cant tell where the entrance is. Cant tell where to pay or where to wait for your car. Just lacks flow and direction. This was my first time in and I was very taken back by how pushy the ticket writer was. He wanted to get my windshield replaced and I told him no about 7 times. I dont get it... Doesnt no mean no!? It was so annoying b/c he would not let up. I finally get past that, checked out and decided to check the google reviews while waiting to see if this was an isolated incident. Most of the reviews I read shows that this place and guy Brian is harassing other customers as well. Ill give this place one more shot just b/c Im in the area often, but Im not getting my windshield replaced by a car wash. Ill do this on my own time and through my insurance. I was very taken back by this man and this was my first visit!! Not a great impression. Im hoping the owner reads the reviews online here. I will update my star rating if things change on the next visit.

I have worked at a lot of car washes in the valley, and this one is by far the best Ive ever seen, and they still do 100% hand washes and the quality of the work these guys do is mind-blowing! They take the extra steps to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of. And as far as the detail shop goes, they have the best detailers in the valley! I have never seen a car come out so clean and beautiful before in my life and if you dont believe me come on in and let them work on your vehicle and I guarantee that you will be happy with the finished product. because bottom line, thats what it comes down to, the finished product! And the owner is a great and fair guy. He will always Rectify a problem if there ever is any. This car wash has a lot of regular customers that refuse to go to any other wash because of the quality of work that this Carwash provides. I guarantee that if you bring your car here to get washed or detailed you will be happy!

Absolutely horrible! The only goal of the filthy gross druggie looking guy working there is to sell you things you dont want. If you decline he is totally rude! The other customers and I actually sat there waiting for our vehicles complaining about how rude and pushy they are. The first time I went here they forced a detail on me. When I called to schedule it they laughed and said they were booked for months. They finally "worked" me in months later. They did a horrible job and when I drove off one of the head lights was out. Its a relatively new luxury car that shouldnt have that issue. The hood was up when I arrived to pick it up and I asked them to address the fact thay something happened with one of the headlights while they had my car. They said they dont do anything about things like that and that the owner was on an unspecified length vacation. I cant say enough derogatory comments about this crap hole!

Very pushy staff. Talked me into a discounted wax from a basic wash. Once I got home I realized not only did they not wax the roof, the didnt event fully wash it. Parked it in an area that made it difficult to see the top of the vehicle. Once I said no to another upgraded service and told them I had timelines and could not stay for extra service, they tried to sell me a new windshield and frequent wash card. Mediocre service, mediocre wash, waiting area is small and half populated with employees like an office/break room. Perhaps if they spent more time focusing on the work youve already paid for rather than upsells, they would get my business again. Will not return.

I am fed up with the bait and switch and upsell tactics. I have been a loyal customer even when they have gone from five locations to just two. Went to get the car detailed today but they said the voucher expired, but for $60, they will do the detail..... When I told them I was disappointed, the said they would "do me a favor" and honor the voucher. Well, I will do another car wash the favor and take my business to them. Just to show you how serious I am, I destroyed my fresh Mini Car Wash booklet with 5 remaining (a $75 Value). Want to know whats really sad, One of their employees didnt get their $30 tip today nor will the 5 future employees get their $5 tip.
