To the Person who said getting an iPod stolen is the owners fault: Part of our social contract is that personal property is still personal property whether the owner is "careless" or stupid or not- by your reasoning I would assume that it were reasonable and just to either take someones property if they left it to help someone in distress, or take things from people with learning disabilities...I guess you are part of the problem and not the solution... And on to why I wrote back to Douchey McStealer: In my experience, this type of car wash ( the kind with employees who drive the car through and dry it off etc...) exists only to provide the employees with easy access and excuses( Like Douchey made) to gain entry to vehicles and steal whatever isnt going to be immediately noticed...Ive had change , pocketknives, jumper-cables, tools and other random crap stolen from my vehicles pretty much every time I forgot what happened the previous time and made the mistake of going to one again....I NEVER go to these kind of car washes anymore, and this particular Supersonic seems to be the weirdo-iest( mouthbreather employees, weird giant nearly empty grey waiting area attached to a gas station with no product except the actual gasoline) and most strange of all... half of the time it is open, you cant find any attendants...If you need your car washed , pass right by this place and keep yourself sane...

I read the reviews and saw mixed reviews of this place. The customer service is great, but for the $25 I paid, the outside looked great and amazing. All the bugs were wiped off and the windows were streak free, but on the inside the dashboard was wiped but thats it. I purposely left a small tiny mess that I could easily clean on the drivers left side door and they bypassed it. Couldnt miss it. No vacuum done, its actually self vacuum before they take your vehicle. There is a car wash in Phoenix that is actually like this, but for the $25 They actually vacuum inside and wipe everywhere inside the car. My mistake to give them so much optimism even after reading these reviews. First and last time going there.

Worst service ever! Paid for the Works wash $25 and the car was still dirty, bugs on front grill still, rims hadnt even been touched and full of black dust, interior wasnt even touched/wiped was still dusty. Rear window still had a big smudge on it. After talking with the manager, he made some rude jokes about it and said they would re-do the wash. After the second wash they still did a terrible job with wiping the interior and wheels. There is still a smudge on the rear window. The entire time the crew that was hand wiping the cars were laughing and making jokes about the situation. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Definitely would not recommend this place.

*STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION*!!!! Today I was told my pass was suspended because of an altercation with a different store I had.. and I am no longer allowed on the propertys lol ok everyone make sure you bow down when there is a issue with anything to do with these strings of super sonic car washes... little did they know i have two other vehicles with car wash passes... and I also buy 3 of my family members passes for the wash also... well no more. Good luck super sonic... its the "Golds Gym" of car washes haha horrible staff and the wash leaves scrapes in paint! *STAY AWAY FROM THE GUY NAMED "SHANE" ALSO* fruit cake boy!!

So disappointed in the way our car was cleaned. The vacuuming was terrible there was still stuff on the seats and on the carpet. They didnt even vacuum under the seats and only wiped down the dash no cup holders, doors or even the shifter. We even got the full service for $25 and it was a waste of many. If you go to any Sonics I recommend you drive to the Murray location or Crown car wash in West Valley so much better!

The only good thing I can say about this place is the lady was nice at the front desk. Paying 25 dollars for a car wash that didnt even clean the car is ridiculous. There was blue soap streaks all down the passenger door and the trunk. Also, they didnt even clean the console which was part of the package. It was just as dirty as I left it. It was my first time there and I definitely will never go back!

Not sure what Im doing giving this place two stars. Dont come here. All the other super-sonics are great, and super quick. When I got here, I had to go search for someone to take my car into the bay (they have to take it in), the lady at the desk was talking on the phone for a minute or two before she can help me, and my car got skipped in the order that I gave it to them. Not thrilling.

WORST CAR WASH EVER. Paid $25.00 in hopes for a thorough cleaning and got a mediocre, sloppy wash. The floors in my back seat were not even vacuumed. The inside of my car was barely touched. Like I said, WORST CAR WASH EVER. I WILL NOT ever come to this car wash again and will make sure no one I know goes there either.

Not a good one. Car came out looking like it had been power washed only. Still bugs on front grill area, windshield and top. Rims and mats still dirty paid $24. Would not recomend this car wash. Friendly staff did try to resolve using a scrub pad on grill and paint, not to smart.

Always so welcoming and willing to do the job right, the first time! Never have had a problem with them, my car is washed AND towel dried... Dont have to do a thing! The staff is always on top of things, very friendly as well. I would go here anyway!

Very slow service. After my car came Out from being cleaned, I had to wait 10minutes for them to actually start drying it. The car came out clean, but any car wash will clean a car. I was hoping for better service. I most likely Will not return

Terrible service !! They put my backseat floor mats in someone elses car then told me i didnt not have any . They did not vacuum the backseats. Forgot to wipe down the the door jams and the consoles. Took pictures will necrr go there again

Awful. Didnt wipe inside at all with the works wash. Dash and cup holders still dusty. Water spots all over exterior. I wont return.
