My mother-in-law went to this car wash yesterday and was treated very rudely. The car wash apparently closes at 4:30, but when she drove up to the entrance at about 4:40pm, her car was taken immediately by the attendants and she paid for her selected service, without being told that the car wash was closed. When the car came out the other end, it had been washed on the outside, but the cleaning staff had not vacuumed or done the basic dusting and wiping that is standard at a car wash, whether you get the basic or premium service. When she asked that her car be vacummed, she was met with a rude response by the attendant and told she brought her car in too late, and to bring it back tomorrow if she wanted it vacummed. She asked for a refund, but was refused. She summoned the manager and was treated in an insulting manner. She called the next day and the manager refused to speak to her, and the attendant was rude to her once again, claiming she wanted a premium car wash for the cost of a basic one. There are a lot of car washes in the Palm Desert area, and I urge everyone who reads this revied to patronize any of them BUT this one.

Well i go there 2 weeks ago buy a wash for 7 dollars i realize they have a monthly package of 9.99 dollars.i dont wash the car go the the cashier and ask to buy the 9.99 pack.the cashier is on lunch. Replacement says go ahead wash your car and you can buy the package after she comes back excluding the 7 dollars you have already paid.i specifically ask her ,should i wait.no no problem. wash the car come back to cashier ,NO CAN DO sir ,you should have done before wash it. second event i ask the lady to show me how i buy through the automatic system the 9.99 package for a month. she shows me and i buy it after a week 10.00 total wash the car that day go back today to wash it again as it was suppose to be in the month period.NO CAN DO It seems sir you just bought one was and not the package. they were Not helpful at all. they sure lost my business ,my girlfriends business and my cousins. I Would not say they were rude as others have published but for sure they were totally complacent.

I paid for the $29.99 premium service thinking they would clean the inside of my car well clearly that wasnt the case. My car looked like it wasnt even cleaned. I really dont understand how hard it is to pick up a spray bottle and spray a few times. The only good thing to possible use is its exterior clean only because to actually do work is just too much to ask for! Will never go back again

Horrible experience at this car wash. Did not think the price was worth the quality of the work they did. My car wasnt even vacuumed and it was "done", very disappointing!! Do not recommend this car wash to anyone!

Purchased a multi use card to save bucks... Useless when each time I go there, they are closed due to too many cars. Only seven cars in line out front.......too busy??!! Bad deal!!!

This place is total crap. $9.99 basic wash doesnt even clean your car...I could literally drive through a manure factory with my windows rolled down and get a better wash.

New owners overhauled this place completely from new paint, remodeled waiting area, covered detail area and most importantly, friendly employees.

The exterior 5.00 wash is now 10.00. They dont even dry the car very good. (water spots and streaks) Save your cash.
