By far the most despicable car wash place Ive ever been to. On your arrival your coerced into purchasing a detail package. Mind you my intent was to purchase the interior detail package, Im merely describing my experience. The front desk assistant is merely there for appearance and collecting payment. Her people skills are poor and lacking all knowledge of anything happening in the facility. Next thing I noticed is the place is poorly organized and personnel improperly placed. Management lacks any people skills perhaps due to his poor English definitely needs allot of work. After my car was completed I inspected it and found several discrepancies to include simple lack of vacuuming. Instead of completing one step than proceeding, they jumped the gun and sprayed down all the interior dirt, dust, hairs and all. After further inspection I found my ceiling had not been touched even though I specifically asked for that at the beginning. I understand that its a difficult part of the vehicle to clean. But the company salesmen identified it as something they can handle. Overall Im disappointed by the entire experience and given that Id never recommend this place to anyone.

I went over to see if I could get the $8 car wash on my white 2000 BMW 328i (but first I hosed it off, to get rid of the dust. It still has nice paint, but I hadnt washed it in months, and it had a fair amount of tree sap on it). I drove into the entrance (the vacuuming area), and asked the guy who waved me in if I could get the basic car wash. He said sure. But I noticed he was going for the $14.99 full service wash, so I said no, I want the $8 wash. He said outside only?" and I said yeah. He marked it, I went in and paid, no problem. Then I waited around maybe five minutes, the car came out, about five guys went over and wiped it off, and the windows got washed. One of them called me over, I handed him my slip, he handed me my keys, and I was off. But I definitely did not get any smiles. I think maybe giving them a two dollar tip would be a good idea if a return is contemplated. When I got home I went around and thumb-nailed off some residual sap they didnt get. But for the price, the wash was very good.

I had the worst experience, I was told my car was ready I glanced inside my car and noticed my car had not been vacuumed at all. When I asked the guy that handed me my car keys he responded automatically Yes it was vacuumed without really checking if it had been vacuumed. Im disappointed of the lack of work ethic on the staff. My car was cleaned by at least five staff members and no one seem to care or noticed the car had not been vacuumed. Im still trying to figure out why it took for that many staff members to clean one car. I then spoke to the manager the person at the cash register and addressed my concern and disappointment on the staff. Not once did he apologize for the incompetence of his staff. So after several of minutes my car was finally vacuumed, as that was not enough the employee decides to peel out in reverse while driving back my car. I will never go back to this place and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They charged me 59.99 for a premium wash with seat cleaning......they soaked my seat to the point that 24 hours later ther are still drenched and shooting soup bubbles out of them......the soup from the seats is splattered all over all the panels in the car and the gear shift ......my stearing wheel has soap all over it and there is dog hair still all over my carpet......they also got soup residue all over my ceiling liner.......this is THE WORST CAR WASH ive ever had.........also for 59.99 my rims still had filth all over them.......i called and complained about the moisture level of the seats 24hrs later and they gave me bullshit answers.......i want the charges reversed on my card and i have to take the car somewhere else to have the seats dryed so they dont get mold now......GENTLE TOUCH CAR WASH SUUUUUUCKS!!!!!!!!!! #damagedmyseats

Overall, it has the potential to be a decent wash. However, my experience was sub-par. I ordered a package with full vacuuming. They did not vacuum the trunk (it is an SUV, so all you have to do is open the rear tailgate). I asked two different guys to unscrew the antennae before it went in to the wash so the antennae would not get bent. I specifically asked two different guys because I knew they would ignore me. Both guys said they would unscrew it. It was never unscrewed. Finally, the whole process takes way too long. I would estimate I was there for almost a half hour. Cmon man. Youre not detailing my car and I have other plans in life. Increase your efficiency. The only other wash Ive used in SD (Im new to town) is Uptown, which I prefer.

I think this place is a ripoff. I bought a Groupon expecting to get 4 car washes for $28. When I went to redeem my Groupon, I was told that it was only good for the outside only. First time Ive ever heard of a place not vacuuming and cleaning the inside. I dont often use car washes, so maybe Im naive. I went on Saturday August 29 to have my car washed. When it was done, I got in and drove home. When I got home I noticed a bunch of water spots on the driver side along with the wheels which werent clean. I guess I shouldnt have trusted that they would at least wash the outside. I have one more coupon left and will reluctantly use it on my wifes car. I wont be going back after that.

Nice establishment, management, and clerk, but horrible workers, which is frankly what matters most. My car was very poorly dried, which I let slip. But when I entered the car, it was not vacuumed at all (and its not like it was extra dirty or anything). I went to have them vacuum it again. The lead/manager was nice about it, but then the other workers were probably mad that I had them do what they didnt in the first place, and were almost slamming the vacuum-heads on the interior. As a cherry on top, they failed to vacuum it well once again. 1/10, would not wash again.

So even though the place has really good reviews I must say I wasnt very impressed...I stop today to test drive their service. I purchase the $ 10 wash. A simple car wash but the people drying my car did not pay attention to detail and left my door jams dirty and not paying attention to the bugs still on the front of my car. It seem that they adjust their level of service base on the money you spend with them. Well if you can not pay attention to a $ 10 wash why should I pay $ 200 or more a detail with you and illustrates their laziness to pay attention to my car.

They give a solid car wash. The professionalism doesnt seem to be on point however. They will rev your engine if you have a loud exhaust... Also will not always put your car through the wash as you showed up... Often multiple cars that show up after you will go first... A little more attention to detail in their business operations would do these guys wonders... Step it up and you will have more return customers. Professionalism IS hard to find these days so, this place at the end of the day is not all that bad but not worth a 4 or 5 star review.. -BV
