DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! KNOCKED MY CAR OUT OF IT ALIGNMENT!!! If you like your vehicle do yourself a favor and take it somewhere else. During my experience at this car wash my car jumped off of the track the steering wheel jerked to the right more than 90 degrees, centered, then jerked back to the left roughly 45 degrees, at the time I didnt think anything of it, although the car behind me was much closer than before. On my drive home I noticed the steering was off, and when I took my hand off the steering wheel it drifted to the right, something it never did before. The car is not even a year old with no scuffs on the rims or tires, no reason to be out of line what so ever. I returned to the car wash to report what had happened, and the supervisor there would not listen to me, just kept telling me that it was not her car wash that caused the problem. I went to a body shop to have it looked at and it did in fact need a realignment, but the car wash refused to fix it, merrabell (the supervisor) simply told me "the cars new, the warranty will probably cover it." They have lost my business for good with their negligence.

Car wash in good shape when it opened. Now it is being run into the ground. Sprayers work on and off. I Paid for premium and got a regular wash because equipment failed and are damaged. I ask manager why and she explained in detail about failing equipment offered to shine my tires when I told her about the past five times I went through I didnt get what I paid for. Thats all I was offered. My family will be taking our cars to a different place. Ps this is the second time I have ever given a bad review. And I want to share my poor experiences. Really sad because this place was really a nice car wash when it opened

Inexpensive while actually cleaning my car and wheels. Nice menu of increasing options that actually make a difference. Line moves quickly. I appreciate their water consciousness. Love the well-lit self-serve vacuum bays w/respective trash bins nearby. 2 different vacuum nozzles and there is great suction - I can actually get (almost) all the dog hair out of my interior!

This car wash is a good place to get a perfect exterior wash for $6,and then they have car ports adjacent with a free vacuum system that you can pull your car into and clean out the interior quite well. There are other levels of cleaning services that you may purchase, but I always go for a quick exterior basic for $6, and do the inside myself. Its very convenient.

Went too the wash, bought the $10 wash. When my car came out it was covered in some sorry of oily film. It wouldnt come off my windows or wheels, had to take my car to a detail shop to get it all off. My car looked worse after the wash then before I took it in. Took several photos of the film on my windows.

I really like this place only complaint is that my outback doesnt get very clean at the back and the dryers dont dry it very well so you have to bring your own towel. Otherwise this place does a great job for the time and money and mostly always have a discount promotion going.

Great carwash. Everything is always in working order. Just wish the employees would give the car a *little* bit better of a spray in heavily soiled areas before entering the wash (to prevent dirt and debris from scratching the car during the wash cycle).

Dear Desert Express Car Wash: thank you for washing my car but I sorta wish you had told me to roll up my windows. Well I guess its OK since even the inside of my car got kind of washed too, even though my seats were soggy for three days.

I am surrounded by several carwash locations, but I only go to this one! Theres even been times when I was vacuuming out my vehicle past closing time and no one has ever rushed me so they can go home.

Great car wash, organized. I dont understand the pre- sprayer person at the beginning and they should mount a large mirror at the wash entrance to help see vehicle alignment. Free vaccums!!!!!

This is a great place for a quick machine car wash. Offers the ability to vacuum and final detail your own auto with their very good equipment. Economical, and fast.

Half their vacuum hoses have been removed. If you are there during a busy time, youll have to compete for a spot to vacuum your car.
