THE WORST!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE!!! NO Refunds or offer to repair 3 the permanent damages to my truck in ONE Car washing. After pay $80 for a mini detail I finally pulled him out of my truck, I just didnt want any more damage done and cut my loses. 1) Broke mirror in car wash. 2) They tried to fix it with Packing tape which left glue all over my mirrors (Still there) 3) Dent in Drivers door when banged into trash can. (watched it happen) 4) Used an alcohol base cleaner on my dash and changed color/stained my dashboard permanently. (thats when I pulled him out) 5) Manager points to sign, say we are not responsible for damages. Found a better car wash in the neighborhood, Executive Car Wash right up the street.

BE AWARE!!!! They bumped (damaged) my car and have not resolved the issue. Not a reputable business. I have called and emailed requesting an equitable solution. Roger, manager, is arguementative and claims to have no authority. Yury, the general manager, does not respond for days and rarely works on site. Yury finally responded via email but denied liability without proof to support his response. The car wash has video cameras that recorded the entire incident. I have offered to meet him at the car wash, to review the videos ...no response. Accidents happen but how they have handled this is deictful.

I came here for the "Manager Special" detail. It was special all right. They said they washed and waxed the car, but there were still bugs and bits of dirt on the hood and front bumper. To make matters worse, there was a gouge in my front bumper that wasnt there before. They denied any responsibility, but I know my car. I will not be back. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The manager refused to honor a $5 off coupon that I downloaded from their site last week. He is named Rodger and greets you when you drive in. If you upset him you will have some surprises on your rear bumper when you leave I have washed both of my cars her once a week for the last 6 years...I wont go back...ever

So disappointed...they are no longer a handwash. Its a drive through wash! They used to have the track, but people handwashed it as it went through. Now its the typical feather machine slapping wash with people that dry it off when it comes out. No thank you!

I brought my car in on Tuesday had it cleaned inside and out. I came home and noticed the job wasnt done right. So I came in and spoke to the manager and he had me bring it in and they rewashed it. I am a happy costumer

IT WAS OK NOTHING TO BE EXCITED ABOUT MY CAR WAS WASHED AND IT LOOKED GOOD THE MEN CLEANING THE CARS NEED TO STOP TALKING SO MUCH AND GET TO WORK. IT SHOULDNT TAKE 2 MEN 30 MIN TO DRY AND CLEAN MY SMALL CAR

I was disappointed. They were friendly and prompt but found corners over looked. You need to do a walk around and look in to make sure they get everything. Oh and I paid for a detail and wax $120

$7.95 for an exterior wash when its 107 degrees outside, is a bargain. Plus a nice waiting area. All my bugs are gone.
