I have been there about 4 times now. Every previous time I noticed they wouldnt vacuum very well, so today I was specific about how I wanted the side steps of the van cleaned and below the steps too. The guy looks at the car an offers a 54 dll wash and promised SO MUCH more detail I payed. The part below the side steps is dirty, the space between the 2nd row of seats has sand, the last row of the van wasnt cleaned thoroughly (cup holders and sides). The guy spread excessive amounts of armorall on unnecessary parts such as the screens of the van and the wood finishes, not to mention the controls of the driver side on the door, and then other parts looked like he barely touched the with armor all. Lastly the guy took an hour to finish (after the car had been already washed and vaccumed) but for about 20 my car was absolutely unattended! The guy was slow and played around half the time. Needless to say Im never coming back! I dont care for the money as much as it is how they promised a better service for the more money and they didnt deliver. Not at all.

2 different opinions. From the standpoint of a great car cleaning, I can say Jimmy and his team did a great job. In fact, I felt bad for not having more cash for a tip. They were great. From a customer service standpoint, I can say that there is a true lack of integrity at this place. I printed out a coupon from their own website and they would not honor it. The attendant stated that "we dont accept coupons for work less than $50." If you look at the coupons online, there is no exclusion criteria, other than you cant use more than one coupon at a time. So, take home is: Jimmy and Team - Great Job. Attendant: Learn some customer service and some people skills. Might be good to read your companys own coupons so you dont screw customers.

Ive been going here for 2 years with my 2011 Lexus IS 350 Fsport. Despite their reviews, their staff is great. I recommend you talk to them about what you need done to get your best results. They are there to go a job, if you dont think you need to give then details they might not hit on exactly what you need. I have unlimited wash club with them, 30 bucks a month for unlimited washes on my black Lexus.

.. Paid $ 30 , could have gotten better service and detail with less $$ somewhere else. No attention to details, and the guy receiving cars had me stand there for 10 minutes after he saw me, while he chatted with some other people.I was charged extra for trim detail, and had to walk around the car twice to show them that it wasnt done.very disappointed, and never going back

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here..... I brought my car back twice because after paying for a full detailing they couldnt seem to get it clean (finger prints on inside windows)..... Will never come back..... what a shame, they just DONT DO A GOOD JOB.

I dont know why I continue to try these Chevron-related car washes - they are all terrible. A "25 minute service" took over 40. I then walk over to my car and it hasnt been vacuumed at all - what were they doing this whole time??

Cant see why the average rating is this low... the staff Ive talked to were great and helpful. My car ended up super clean I got the 5-star wash i believe and they did an amazing job. Thanks guys!

Fast and efficient. Not pricey if you get the monthly unlimited washes. The staff are amazing. Very attentive and are all really nice. Ive been coming here for over 2 years now.

I like their express lane. I can get my car washed in 3 minutes without exiting . Various options priced starting $10. Pretty good, and no line whenever Im there.

27 bucks plus tips for a five star car wash and ended up with a scratch on my car hood, sure they call it "five star". Never go this place again

They are off and on, sometimes they do a great job. But other times its been not the best. I guess it all depends on who is working.

Awful. If you have over an hour to wait for a $20 car wash, than this is your spot. Two thumbs down!!!
