At 5:57 p.m. today Friday May 27th I think today is May 27th they just turned away my business along with another customer because they close at early before 6 oclock I just drove all the way from Gaslamp Quarter just to get my car washed belcause they were the only car open until 6pm the i found nearby. There was also a lot of employees there walking around staring at me talking with this guy. He refused. I asked for the manager and he came up and was rude so I said its not 6pm and he said yes it is and argued with me in front of another customer rigger behind me waiting. they could have easily washed my car I even offered a good tip to wash my car and they still refuse my business and I die even called the manager the manager didnt care the manager did not leave me a good review did not help me at all they werent so helpful wash that was open until 6 they refused my service was really rude to me and the other customer drove away angry and I will never ever ever never ever go back to this funny car wash again never

Washed my Vehicle today Sat 1/28/17, Super packed & What i saw not enough Workers! Ive been there a couple of times & they always do a great job. Purchased the Interior clean package for the first time for $49.99 & honestly it was worth every single dollar, only problem that i had was that for the interior dressing they use lexol not armorall, Lexol just gives your interior a coating but not shine as what armorall does, Another thing that caught my eye as i was waiting for my vehicle was how this skinny short guy by the name of victor im guessing his the manager when i asked who he was, rudely screams at his workers in front of customers, thats not rite at all! i asked the female who did my car about the "Manager" & her response was " Oh he always treats us like Sh##" for no reason. Owner/s really needs to see the type of person they have managing tbere business! Overall i would recommend this location, Thanks NP Carwash attendees!

Went here for years. Then one day they caused a large visible gash on my dashboard I assume from reckless use of the vacuum hose. Removed a chunk of paint off my hood and found out later they had also broken my rear seat cup holder all in the same visit. They refused to take responsibility and tried to place blame on me. Again I have been a happy customer here for years so I have no reason to make this up against them all the sudden. Complete crooks! If I wasnt dealing with major health problems Id have the energy to win them in small claims court with my evidence.

Just had my truck washed there today. They did a terrible job. They did not wipe the inside clean, had to ask them for a rag so I could do it myself. They barely vacumn the mats, ask them to redo it. They left my truck in the vacumn area and didnt even bother to back it out and bring it back to me!! The guy had an attitude about having to redo his JOB!! Cashier very pleasant so was on duty manager!! Was going to come back tomorrow with my other vehicle but not now. They do not accept debit..no ATMS nearby!

This car wash is literally the best place you can go in all SD. I had the best customer service and it surprised me. I havent got such kindness from any other car wash place. Everyone was cleaning and treating my car really beautifully. I loved how the workers cleaned my car. They left it really smooth and with no dirty spots. I want to thank all the staff members at NP Car wash for being great people and for great customer service. I will definitely come back to NP Car Wash! :)

They will rinse your car and wipe it dry, but dont expect it to be clean. I was told that in order to remove any spots or bug tar from the exterior, I needed to pay $40 for the hand wax service. You can save yourself 16 bucks and just hose down your car in the driveway. My car is nothing fancy, and I didnt expect a detail service for the price I paid. But now I am heading outside to wash my freshly washed car. Enough said...

Best car wash in San Diego (and Ive tried just about every one...) Perfect? No, but far better than most of the splash-and-dash you get elsewhere. I now drive across town to North Park Car Wash because I know what Ill get - a clean car at a reasonable price. If they just would blow out the water that hides in trim so it doesnt leave streaks after I leave, it would be perfect...

I got my car detailed here before selling it, and it literally looked brand spanking new...the hood was as soft as a babys butt..honestly, they made me feel it. Not only that, they have a guy who is a master magician at getting rid of door dings. I had about 5 solid big ones from city parking, and now theyre beyond gone. The car is literally flawless. Worth every penny.

I got the $17.99 car wash, and while the outside looks okay (there are still some dirt marks that I rubbed away with my fingers after the car wash), the inside is not so great. There is still dust on my dash and none of the cup holders or door wells were touched. Now I need to go and do it myself. What a waste of $18.

If you want to clean your own car after you pay someone to do it then go to here. I pay them 17.99 and they did a terrible job I had to clean my own after I pay them. Do yourself a favor dont go there your better off cleaning yourself or going somewhere where they actually care.

Great Overall Carwash, Purchased the Aussie Wax For $26.99 & the Lemon air freshener smells good, Will definitely come back! Only thing they need too work on is the Vacuum of The Car, But the Workers did a great job on my Car, Aussie Wax Left my Car shiny.

Paid for the wash and wax which included cleaning the interior. The interior was barely vacuumed. Didnt even get the air freshener. Not a big deal since I had to clean it myself. Sucks I paid them. Never again.

I always come here. Great price, and great clean. First it goes through the drive through wash, then they take care of everything else and its a great clean every time I come. They wipe down every inch.

Prices went up while service went down. I starting taking my car here about a year ago but the thoroughness has starting to disappoint. Vacuuming is subpar. I think today was my last visit.

I love how clean my car leaves this place. If i find a spot they missed i can let them know and theyll clean it, right away. They also have a variety of great scents to purchase for your car.

All that was done was that they cleaned the water off my car. Didnt really even bother to do the inside at all. 17.99 I could of given to some other kid and gotten much better results.
