I came here pretty much every day since moving nearby eight months ago. Usually, I was helped by a warm and funny gentleman named Alex, but hes long gone and I was treated extremely unprofessionally last week, so I wont be returning. I waited in line for 10 minutes to cash in some second-chance lottery tickets, all purchased here. A new trainee was slow and didnt know how to perfectly operate the cash register. Then he had to call to the manager in the back, when he got to me, because he didnt know how to operate the lotterys scanner machine. OK, thats fine. I understand stuff like this happens. After five more minutes passed and a a man named Carlos arrived, there were four people queued up behind me. Carlos told me, "I cant do this now. Cant you see I have customers? Youll have to come back." Carlos recognized me. He knew I was a daily customer. I came back, 10 minutes later. Carlos had some other problem, with a second cash register, there was still a line, and he said he still couldnt help me. "Can I at least get an apology?" I asked. I wasnt rude about it. I just felt I had deserved one, after spending 25 minutes of my time here for nothing. Carlos made more excuses, but no apology. He should have apologized and that would have been enough. He COULD have offered me $5 off my next purchase or some token something. But all that concerned Carlos were his problems, not mine. I cashed in my lottery tickets elsewhere, which is where I buy them now, too. Along with my gas. Actions have consequences, Carlos.

Incredible!!! After a regular car wash, I noticed many scratches on my car that were not there before. After talking to the manager, basically he told me that the owner didnt want to talk to me (too busy with his other 8 car washes) and try to come up with some sort of compensation. Ive been there for 3 years and they didnt even try to help me with this one time issue. Basically, very good company to take your money but terrible customer service. If you go there, just pray for nothing to happen to your car. Now, I have to repair it myself and my out of pocket cost with my deductible will be $250.00. They could have avoided this bad reviews with a few free car washes but I guess they dont care about their customers nor bad reviews. I hope this review will help other customers to avoid this place as much as they can.

Usually I wash and vacuum my own car and this reminded me why. Today I wanted something quick and easy.... I live in the area so stopped by. Got a carwash and vacuum, they pushed on upselling, thankfully I decided not to spend $60 and got the $20 wash (sliver)... they didnt even lift my mats and vacuum underneath... my car was still very dirty.. It literally looked like they did nothing... for $20 bucks I was so disappointed. I wound up going home and doing it all myself again. Do NOT recommend wasting your money at this place.

The company sent out a coupon to local residents with a special deal with all of their locations listed. Nothing on the coupon specified it was only for a certain location. Upon arriving at one location, the manager told me it was only for the other location and strongly argued that the ad was not misleading. The ad was deceitful and misleading. Furthermore, there was no attempt at customer service. I would recommend going anywhere but here

Typically I have no issues here. But, they wrote that my tire pressure was 3.6psi on front and rear. However, they left all four of my tires at 2.0psi. It took a few minutes of driving on the freeway for the sensor to kick on. Had to go to another gas station to fix this. I could have been killed. All four of my tires are brand new, and not punctured, so I know for a fact it happened here.

Terrible service at oil change attached to shell gas station. Rude and extremely aggressively selling of all other services(transmission oil change, air filter, cabin filter, etc) for your car with scare tactics. Extremely high prices as well (94 $ for a Synth oil Change) Never back here again. I would have given it zero stars if possible!

Solicitor kept bugging my wife about a supposedly cracked windshield. Guy didnt stop even after repeatedly letting him know that she is not interested in fixing her windshield. She felt very unsafe. Looked like the guy was with the gas station? Overall very bad experience.

A+!!! Just got back from getting my oil changed here and it was a great experience! The staff were very friendly, and informative without being pushy. They went over and above to help me out and give me a great deal. I will definitely be going back!

High Pressure sales alert! They must pay the guys that are working up front all on commission, you have to say no about six times and waste 2 minutes getting "sold to" every time you come here. Will be going somewhere less pushy for now on.

Bought the $150 package and they brought my truck back to brand new status. Rigo the detailer is a super star, that guy worked out deep scratch accrued from off roading in the desert. Well worth it. Give that guy a raise

I didnt like it at all it was the worst car wash I have ever been too & such a waste of my money! it didnt clean off half of my car!! No one ever go to this car wash!

Great pact to fill up, get Greek food, get a car wash, drop off dry cleaning, or get your oil changed. Very convenient, and friendly workers.

Car wash is open early. If you work close by drop of your car for service and wash then pick up later. Can get rather busy around midday.
