Not the first time I take my car to get washed here, but this last time I went I took my parents truck to get washed, turns out when we got the truck back we noticed that nothing on the dashboard was working, including the gas meter, temperature, even the speed you go, nothing worked, so the next day we went back and asked them to check it but the manager which was a Chinese lady was really rude and was trying to wash her hands like if we were just making it up, so a helper who worked there said it would just be a loose fuse that who ever cleaned the car it wouldnt be there fault cause its not something they put there hands on, however us being women we didnt know of the problem, my dad would change the fuses but they would all burn out turns out the guy took a part that helped the fuses resist. Such a disappointment now Im stuck with the problem that they dont want to fix. If you guys get a young guy who wears glasses and looks around his early 20s- 25s, light skinned maybe Mexican and hes skinny and wears baggy clothes, thats him not to discriminate so be careful! Is there a way I can do something to have them pay for it?

JUST WASH YOUR CAR AT HOME AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!! This place is crap. I remember the days that my father would go out of his way to get his truck washed here. Today my car appears to have more scratches and marks on it than before I took it in to get washed. Not only did my car look like it wasnt washed when it came out of here. I had to stand next to the guy drying it and point out what he missed. I also had to grab a rag myself and clean up what I could. I still cant fathom that the guy drying my car had to have the nerve to even ask for a tip. This place has turned into a disgrace.

This place is a rip off. My husband and I took our vehicles in and they took forever causing the cars to dry in the sun. I have a new bmw and they made a scrap on the passenger door and didnt tell me and also they didnt fully wipe down anything on the inside. I could have taken it thru shell and paid less and not gotten my car damaged. They suck !!! We will never go there again !

I am surprise this place doesnt have only 1 star. Theres a Korean lady who owns the place and she is not only rude to customers but i also got to see first hand when she was belittling her employees. Would never go back and could not recommend this. Note to the employees: U have rights! Call the EEOC or DOL if you are going through any type of Harassment or Discrimination.

This place definitely isnt cheap, but they made my car which hadnt had a thorough washing in 2+ years (including two trips to Burning Man) look brand-spankin-new again! Sometimes you get what you pay for, and I would say that holds true with these guys. Excellent work.

This place has been here forever and I know why. They do a good job at a reasonable price. I take both of my cars here regularly. With so many carwash choices, it really comes down to the service and the quality of the work combined with a good value.

They drove my truck out without drying it left it in the sun for 15 minutes before anyone touched it. Have water spots on my truck and windows. Theres still dust on my dashboard. Has to be the worst car wash in dino
