We took our car there to be detailed and cleaned for shipment to Korea on Sunday. After traveling from Sierra Vista to San Diego with a toddler we needed it detailed and vacuumed to pass inspection. We completely emptied the vehicle. minor little objects. everything else was in our Hotel room. They said it would be an Hour so we walked to petsmart and went to have ice cream. When we got back a little over and hour later we had found we paid $60 for just a car wash! I went to put my daughters car seat back in because we took it out so they could vacuum the under and around where it goes, I saw that NOTHING HAD BEEN TOUCHED!!! crumbs were in her seat. her blueberry puffs under the seat. the weather tech mats NOT POWER WASHED!!! I had spilled tea on mine and it dried. wasnt even cleaned. lifted the center console box Crumbs all in there. in my door was club crackers the baby snacked on while traveling leaving crumbs in the side. They didnt even touch that! the cup holders were dirty! the back was not vacuumed either. We had made it very very clear to them what needed done for shipment! my daughter had spilled apple sauce just a small spot days before the trip and it dried. WASNT WASHED!!! hour later we were busting our butts cleaning the car! The outside was great. No complaints there, but I WOULD NEVER PAY $60 for a car wash!!!! beside our seats were straw wrappers that had been dropped and water bottle caps. They didnt do what we paid them to do! After reading all these reviews it seems like a hit or miss place. we went when it was slow. The guy kept telling my husband "Yah man, we will make it look bomb." my husband would say great so inside done here and there minor things and outside. guy would reply " Yah, it will be bomb" Well it looked the same!! I took photos that I wish I could attach. My husband isnt the type to complain. so he didnt even go and ask money be taken off. Me? I was furious that he wouldnt let me go get the price adjusted for what was ONLY done. They took a cloth and wiped just the dash! and washed the outside of the car for that price. I knew we didnt need to take it anywhere. WE COULD OF DONE THAT FOR FREE!! but my husband insisted it be professionally done. The owner was so nudgey with you pay now, no you pay now! NO you pay for services like this AFTER YOU INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!! We had to search and find someone to let us use the vaccums. ended up paying $5 for a car wash we didnt want just to use the free vacuums. and buying car cleaner to wipe down the cup holders and seats. Took up the weather tech mats in the hotel we were staying at to wash those. It was ridiculous. Worst place ever!

** DO NOT GO HERE ** DO NOT GO HERE ** DO NOT GO HERE *** DO NOT GO HERE ** They dont even deserve 1-star. $26 for their deluxe car wash (their websites current pricing is wrong). When I drove off, I noticed a huge spot directly in front of me on the windshield - grabbed a napkin and cleaned it off. After this I started noticing all the other misses. Did not clean/wipe the dashboard (visible layer of dust still in place) Did not wipe the side doors (visible marks on both the passenger and drivers side) Drivers side door pockets still had trash in it Rear view mirror still dirty It was very obvious that besides the vacuuming, the interior did not get any attention. I called them and told them of these things and the owner asked me to take the car back. I did this only to be brushed off by the owner back to the people doing the final drying/wiping. I stood there for a good couple of minutes while his employees around me just ignored me - good thing I speak Spanish and was able to get the attention of one of them. He came over and I told him what I saw wrong, he half-assed the dashboard, the driver side door, and the rear view mirror. When I pointed out all the other missed spots he proceeded to tell me that they couldnt get them out. I asked for his rag and wiped them off...as I did this he walked away. I ended up wiping the interior myself. Very disappointing - even after giving them a chance to fix the situation. Mind you, I kept my cool the entire time and did not go off on them like Ive seen some other people do. I will not be going back and I recommend you dont either.

I took my car here to be washed and most importantly vacuumed. I was showing it to a potential buyer the very next day, so wanted to take it somewhere "nice." On a Friday morning, I arrived and handed over $15 for their wash and vacuum package. 45 minutes later, after watching fancy car after fancy car be washed and finished ahead of mine, out came my car. Initially I was happy with what I saw and started to feel less annoyed about waiting so damn long, but after getting in and (foolishly) driving away - I noticed they had barely even touched the interior. The main reason I came to them was for them to vacuum out my car and they did a horrible job. I will never, ever go back here and I wish I hadnt driven away before taking a closer look because I would have demanded my money back and demanded they finish the job. So incredibly disappointing - and now I have to drive to the gas station to vacuum my car out myself. I am incredibly, incredibly annoyed.

Absolutely the worst car wash ever! I just got the $10.95 basic wash so maybe if you drop $30+ you get a better job but I highly doubt it. Was visiting from out of town and needed a car wash real bad. The guys working on the line barely used any water and just couldnt give a crap about doing a good job. After the rinse tunnel 8-9 people start wiping down my car. You would think with that many people washing the car they could get it without missing spots. WRONG. Big spots on a charcoal grey car. Kind of hard to miss on a little hatchback. I had to go to another car wash after (finally found a coin op. Should have done it myself in the first place) Worst $$ Ive ever spent. DON"T DO IT!!
