Stole one of my favorite switch blades along with some petty cash (3$) from my car in 2007. Never frequented the place again but made the grave mistake of not letting any of my family know about my personal experience because last year my mom took in my new car without my knowledge and I had a USB Microphone stolen from the trunk as well as an iPhone 5 box which contained my old Samsung Galaxy S2 in it, taken from the driver side door compartment. NEVER GO HERE THEY STEAL YOUR THINGS and have a sign posted saying "WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING ITEMS," which most car washes have but most car washes dont actually have much need for it, where as this place does. Note: The 2 aforementioned times were not the only times I had visited the place. Prior to the 2007 incident, I had used this place regularly, maybe 7-10 times.

I would give negative stars if possible!! I went there for an oil change and car wash a few months ago and I spacifically asked for the type of oil my car needed because my engine had just gotten work done and as I drove away I realized the sticker on my window said a different type of oil. When I called to complain the manager said he put what my car needed because of my miles even though he was there and heard me ask spacifically for something different. Like if he knows my car better than my mechanic or I do!! He just kept arguing with me that he did what was right and he couldnt do anything to fix what he messed up!!! OH AND THEY STRIPPED MY OIL PLUG AND LEFT IT SO TIGHT WE HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP TO HELP US TAKE THE PLUG OFF!! GRRRR! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Just left from this carwash. They broke all my buttons on my ac control buttons. Tried to play it off like they didnt. No one spoke English. I was told the owner is never there. I was refused any contact methods to reach ownership. My BNW X5 is a 15,000 automobile. I came and got a 34.99 wash and came out with broken buttons. Which cost over 200.00$ The lady at the front desk was very rude. Even ruder was the Hispanic who is in charge . He told me he doesnt speak English. One of the workers pointed out which worker who actually broke the buttons. Still nothing was done. Im going to take them to small claims court . Came to get a 34.99$ wash ended up with 200.00$ worth of damages. Now aciedents happen but a business should take full responsibility when there are at fault.

Ghetto con. Dont trust this place especially if you have a nice car, they see you coming. I just paid $50 for a crappy mechanical wash. I thought I was getting a hand wash and hand wax. Guy said it would take at least an hour, they were waving a towel after 20 mins. They ran car through the machine and said they put a wax on while they were drying it. Liars. I was outside watching them because the inside waiting area smelled like body odor. The workers argued with me saying that the car is shiny, it has a wax on it and said I could contact the manager. I took the key and left. Go somewhere else or youll regret it.

I wish I could have not put any stars but in order to leave a feedback I have to, I came to get my car washed to begin they dont do a good job, BUT MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS NOT THAT, I HAD MY COACH SUNGLASSES IN MY CAR IN THE SUNGLASS GLOVE COMPARTMENT AND THEY STOLE THEM I ASKED AND NOBODY KNOWS THE EXCUSE IS THEY DONT STEAL BECAUSE THEY DONT TOUCH THOSE AREAS BUT UNLESS THE EMPLOYEES PRETEND AND CHECKED MY CAR BUT THE OWNER WAS VERY RUDE NO MANNERS WHAT SO EVER HE DID NOT CARE HE SAID THEY ARE NOT EXPENSIVE BRAND AND HE SIMPLY JUST LEFT ME STANDING THERE AND WALKED AWAY AND SAID MAKE A POLICE REPORT IF YOU WANT, HE IS

We got a $250 "special detail" last weekend and ended up wasting 4 full hours while one guy presumably used a stick of butter to make our car interior shine. Seriously disappointing. We believed in these people and they betrayed our trust with below average service. Our car looks like it was serviced by a 15 year old you give $20 bucks to out of pity. That and i prefer not having curly black hair on my dashboard. You would have better luck getting your car cleaned by a homeless man and a windex bottle. Anyways, i dont recommend this place for anyone who also owns a car or simply likes car washes.

I love Their Services..It has the same owner but different Manager and also new good workers. Which made me come here more often! I would recommend this Place for Your Car! They treat your car Like if they were Their Own Car their Quality is Fantastic!! I Love that Moms like me can take their child to Game room while we wait for our car! Im beyond speechless with the Good outcome this Carwash has and what it Has to offer!!!! Always check things out for yourself! I RECOMEND 100%

Customer service is great. Just have to check their work. Vacuuming was not done properly- but when brought to attention- representative vacuum my car again.

They over charge for a crappy job they didnt even vaccume out my trunk or wipe it out good at all and I paid 16.99 for that. Never again will I go back here.
