If I could I wouldnt give them any stars. Worst customer service including owner who felt I owed him something when I called to complain lol Many of us around the area take our cars during breaks and let them know we will be back next break or by the end of business day. I work a block away, left my car around 2pm let the cashier know I would be back by end of business day. She let me know that was okay and she would call me if they closed earlier than usual. She took my number and wrote it on her receipt copy. Go to pick up my car at 5p (regular closing time 5:30-6pm) and they were closed. My only issue when I called was why take my number and tell me its ok but dont call customers???! I had to figure out how to pick up my kids and find a way to work the next morning. When I called owner he said I should be thanking him for letting him keep my car and he should charge me extra for the overnight and also why am I calling to bug. very RUDE! I can only imagine how he treats his employees. When I let him know I will no longer take my car he said good LOL hung up on the old man while he was talking his non sense. Will go to other car washes that actually appreciate their customers.

Horrible! I got my car washed here. When they were finished i got in the car to find out that my seat would not move at all, i brought it to the attention of the manager who was unable to fix it and was very apologetic. He told the owner of my seat and the owner said "is a new car, we didnt break it, its a manufacturer defect" he proceeded to try and get rid of me. I advised him that i would take it to the dealership to see if it would be covered, i asked him to just give me something in writing that said he would pay for the repairs if it wasnt covered to which he replied "no, Im just going to call the police" i told him that was ok and i would wait for them so i could keep a copy of the report for when we go to small claims court. He then told me "i wont write down on paper that i will pay for the repair, but if the dealership wont cover it to come back and talk to his manager and he will fix it for cheap". I have never felt more disrespected and screwed over in my life. Worst service i have had in my entire life!

Horrible service. I took my BMW to get washed and returned to find my rear passenger window broken. I asked the staff what happened and they said "It was like that when we received the car." After reviewing the video with the Manager the video clearly demonstrated all windows being shut. While we were inside reviewing the video the staff outside physically forced the window into the shut position and snapped the cable on the window regulator. When we returned outside the staff claimed they had fixed the window... upon inspection the window was now free flowing... nothing was holding it. I could see the smudges of their hands physically forcing the window up. It has now been 5 days and the Owner has not returned my calls regarding this complaint. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes to recover the $235 I paid to fix their reckless actions. If you can avoid this car wash do so.

OK! I normally dont post reviews but I have to on this one! This is my first time going to this place. Its has been recommended to me for some time now, I have no clue why! Any ways I got the $20 package. A waste of $20!! When I got my car there was still trash on the back seat of my car and in me driver door, which I told them they could clean out. It also look like the vacumme job was half assed. You can clearly tell that my seats where not moved to get in between my seat and the center console and they didnt not remove my rugs to get under them. My back seats still have crumbs and what not. I am very disappointed with this job. I could of went to a 5 dollar car wash and vacuumed my self and did a way better job!!! Oh and there are several water spots on my car!! Will definitely not be going back again!!!

Worst experience they have a special Tuesday and Wednesday for 10 bucks and the person in charge was trying to sell me something more expensive which i didnt agree to, so he got mad and my car was a post to get a full service carwash on the inside my 5 yr kid would do a better job with the vacuum, out side nothing on the tires, i dont know what kind of full service was that but 1star its to much for that service. dont go there.

I use this car wash often. Today was horrible. The man who finished my car did the worst job I have ever seen. They were very busy, but that is no excuse. When I got the car home and in the shade I saw many spots and smears. Caked on dirt all over. Interior Windows streaked. I will now look for a better place. Do not give these people yor hard earned money.

The workers there are rude & did not provide quality service. They did the BARE MINIMUM & in fact used an oily substance that left stains on the outside of my car. They purposely did not remove a small mark on the outside of my car when I declined a more expensive service that cost $30 dollars more. Not even worth $5 bucks. I paid $40.

I have been going there for over 15 years, I dont go there as much as I used to because Im retired now and I cant afford your prices. You have raised your prices three times and now that I just get social security I cant afford to go as much. Even with your specials of $2.00 or $3.00 dollars it still costs $17.00 dollars.

Ran my car through the wash with my brake still applied even after I showed the guy how to release the brake before I left my car! !!!! So as my car is dragged through with the back wheels locked I try and inform the washer and know one can understand what Im saying........So frustrating, and disappointing.

I have been going to this car was for years. Ive always had great service and my car is always left spotless. If there is ever a problem all you have to do is ask and it will be taken care of. Everything from their standard car was to their details services are well worth the money.

Great service and nice waiting area. They offer free carwash when u get an oil change. For $36 i got oil change and carwash. They also vacuumed inside my car. They did a very good job washing the car. I will definitely go back to wash my other cars.
