CUSTOMER BEWARE, I recommend you DO NOT USE thier service at this car wash, I took my truck Happy Boy Special done I was so pleased with the out come I took my Malibu there on both service spent over $100.00 yesterday for service and tips, and load and behold I found out they stoled my rubber floor mats from the rear on the truck. When I confronted them about they tried to say there were only two, funny thing is I just brought the mats in a set of 4 a week ago, so if you want your belongs RIP OFF give them your business. I have been coming here for several years sad to say that they are on a slow decline. Prices have gone up but the equipment in the wash bay has not been improved or even maintained, brushes look like the same ones that were there when I started to come here. The other equipment does not work all the time. When it comes to the staff thats the only part that shines. They are courteous, most of the associates that do the interior are great, especially the gentleman that wears the cowboy boots and hat, just a few could take lessons from him. Hopefully the owner reads this post and decides to do something to upgrade or at least improve his equipment soon , cause Im really looking for a new place if things dont improve.

This is the worst, worst, worst I have ever had lazy job did not dry the car and even worst yet I ask them to dry the car again because it was not dry on top he said he did it, but I watched and NO HE DID NOT. Now I have water spots also they did not do what I asked to have done and then after I pay they said we do not do those things. Then they should have said so up front and NOT taken my money, also it is very hard to understand them. Dont ever go there.! And they dont even know who is in charge, its I am no he no she is awful awful awful I dont know about you but I cant waist my money just so I can go pay some one else to clean up there mess

I chose the hand wash and waxed choice for 49.99 and I was extremely disappointed! The men wax the cars under a shady area which makes the cars look great. When the man was done waxing my car I thought it looked good and handed him 10.00 for a tip. I went less than two miles to work and parked my car. Once i got out and looked closley at my car the sun showed what a horrible job was done. The man left wax on the car and there were water spots still. The inside of the car was worse with old food and coffe spots still in the center console. There were things still on the carpet! I will never go back to that car wash or recommend it to anyone else.

Came here and waited for about an hour and a half they only had about 6 cars at that time, I got my truck back and the interior was dripping with armor all and the spots that didnt get drenched I could tell they didnt wipe the dust off and just caked the armor all to hide it, the windows were wiped with a dirty stinky rag and the whole interior smells like mildew its nasty, the outside has parts that didnt get wiped at all and again the shiny stuff was poured on just to hide it. I paid for their "deluxe" wash, @ 30 dollars with tip I expected a lot more, Im not going back, not even for the refund

Never really had an issue with this place just the fact that they take forever to wash the cars...but recently I went in with my BFF and it was busy so I knew I was going to wait a while. While we were waiting the owner started to fight with a customer because the customer had been waiting for over an hour and the owner didnt like that at all and started to yell and curse and cause a huge scene. That day the owner had argued with several customers and I just felt like that was so unprofessional and unnecessary! It made me really question on whether or not I will take my car back

This place is pretty awesome, the wait is long but thats because theres only one employee per car and they seem to pay a lot of attention to detail. They also have massage chairs inside and theyre pretty amazing lol I tried the chair out ($1) as a joke but ended up loving in. Overall I got a great car wash, my only advice is for you to plan on being here for a while since its very time consuming

I honestly thought it was a good Car Wash till I got in my car and my middle part where I store stuff is stuck and scraped like if the force it and then they couldnt open Im going back and hopefully they dont damage my car anymore than they did!!!!

Major disappointment! I did leave with a clean car but they had to run it through their faulty equipment two times to get it to rinse. Long wait for them to start my car, then long wait after the run-thrus to dry it. I will not be back.

The wait is too long, came.in because there were very little cars. Have been here over an hour and my car looks the same from the outside and Im still waiting for them to dry it. Not recommended if in a hurry.

Waiting time is over an hour. It looked like they were doing an alright job, but when I got home I saw that certain areas were not cleaned and there was dirty water all over the back.

The equipment doesnt work it took 2 hours to start the line the employee s are rude and when the car gets in line there is soap all over the car by the end of the wash
