Ive been here about 20 times (note that this is being written about 3 weeks away from 2011). When I was in high school I worked at a car wash. Its not the greatest job, but its not hard to do a good job. Finally after today I have decided not to come back. I always get a step up type of wash, something with wheel cleaner or whatever so I can request a little extra attention be paid. Everytime I ask for the wheels to be cleaned a bit better they dont do it. For $20 on a 4 door car, this is terrible. The guy at the front wants to always sell me a $45+ hand wax, yet never once have they been able to the floor mats in straight. I just dont think these people care, so I am searching for someone else now.

I have been a customer of Body Beautiful for years. Today I opted for a special service - about $21 - which included cleaning my rims and wheels. After driving home I opened the trunk and saw that the back of the car was very dirty, even the license plate was dirty! The rims had barely gotten a light once-over. I called and spoke to the manager who said I had to come back for him to see the car. I explained that I cleaned it myself because I couldnt look at the dirt for a week. His command of English was so limited, he never understood that my bringing the car back (10 miles during rush hour!) made no sense. I will be looking for another car wash and will never return to Body Beautiful.

I took my truck to get washed and all in all it looked good when they finished. Ive been there many time and theyve always done a nice job on my pickup but when I got in I noticed that the attendant had tracked up the carpet and had barely vacuumed it at all. The drivers floor mat and the surrounding carpet were all muddy from his shoes. I called him out on it he said it would be extra to clean it up this is after I tipped the guy. I have not had much luck finding a good car wash here but this is the last straw. What happened to workmanship? Do a good job and get rewarded for it. Im really disappointed with Body Beautiful.

Very bad ... Very disappointed.. Check your monthly charge at your bank !! My membership charge is $29.99 and I trust them but I was wrong!! They charge me $79.99 for the pas 3 month and when I called them they came with a story that they e-mail me a notification which it never came throw and they say if you pass 5 time car wash we charge the new amount !!! Before I forgot the company they hire to collect the membership fees are very rouad on the phone when things come to cancelation !! And how nice they are when you open the account !! Ripedoff

This was my 1st time going here and I went because I was told they hand wash the cars. Yes I ask and was told yes. And my car was put through the automatic machine which I been trying to avoid. For one I had to ask to have my leather inside my car clean which I paid for and to have my windows clean because of streaks and fingerprints on them. I also didnt get the air freshener for my car also which wash included The exterior looks good but I wanted it hand wash not machine which I couldve done myself. This place have gave me a very bad taste

They should call it Body Dirty. Ive never come away from there with a clean car. This last time (which is my last time) they charged me extra for a large vehicle (BMW X5) and then didnt even attempt to dry the top of the vehicle, which is mostly sunroof and covered in water spots. Really lame. All of the bug stains were left on the front end, and the back hatch still had dirt on it. I think the only reason it stays in business is because its a good location.

While this is probably one of the oldest and most know car washes in San Diego, it also has the oldest equipment. I have an H2 and have had no problem getting it washed anywhere I have been in San Diego, but Body Beautiful cant do it, saying their equipment cant handle it its width. The H2 has been around for years, maybe their equipment has too. I dont think Id trust their equipment to do a good job on my other car.

I love this place, the staff is great, they do an awesome job and they stand behind their work. My brother and I have been taking our cars here for the last year and we are very happy with the service. I am not very picky, but my brother is and if he is happy then I know they are doing a great job! He is hard to please. Anyways I highly recommend them for weekly washes as well as detailing and waxing.

I get a lot of tree pollen on my car usually they run it through twice. Last time only once.. I had to get a rag and start scrubbing after it was washed myself. Isnt that what Im paying them for? At least 3 car wash guys made eye contact with me as Im cleaning the spots they missed. Price is too high. Shouldve washed myself. Still crumbs on my seat. Not a thorough job. Not happy for 25 bucks.

They dont have customer service, Today I want to this place to clean my car what happened is that I was waiting to get the paper to go to cashier the guy who give papers passed me and help the one who behind me I told him to give me my paper to go to cashier he was very mad at me l.He seems aggressive.I think I should quite my membership.

Been coming here for years. Best detail place! They do a very accepting job. I have referred so many friends here for hand detail. Its not cheap but they are the best. While you wait for your car you can walk down to seaport village, little Italy, or just sit outside and feel the ocean breeze from the harbor which is 2 block away.

Seriously, its terrible, when you dont buy the VERY expensive $55+ wash, and want a reasonably (but also expensive) $20+ wash, they basically give you the cold shoulder, and dont bother giving your car the wash it deserves. I will never be going to that wash again, and I wouldnt recommend anybody going there.... Truly awful....

Came to the car wash only to have the inside of my car vacuumed... Got there and i was told that they only did total car washes (exterior and interior only). I didnt need that at the time...just needed a vacuum.....they told me no....pretty stupid

I paid for the basic wash. When the workers finished there were water spots on my car from them not drying the car completey. There was loose dirt on the carpet that was an obvious oversight. I do not recommend getting your car washed there.

Very very bad worker the one who is in first registering the car he even dont know his job the gay he writing he told me to bring my car in how can he do this to the customer he shouldnt work there he need to work as wheel bright
