Went here a few weeks ago to get my car cleaned. I asked attendant is they had a Military Discount. He said they did every Monday. I came by here today, a Monday,to get my truck cleaned. Asked again if they had a Military Discount to be sure. The attendant said yes. I showed him my ID...I am a retired Marine. He said you have to be in uniform. I said that is not what I was previously told and that I had purposely driven out of my way to come back and on a Monday. I asked him if he he was going to Honor what I was previously told. He said no. As I was backing out, I had thought about the fact that they dont have a legit Discount in that Marines dont wear their Cammie Uniform out in town, and no one is going to drive through a car was with their Blues or any other dress uniform on. Its sad that a place of business says they has a discount when they dont. I will not be taking any of my vehicles here again. The first wash I received on my car was only ok, but with the Discount, I could have overlooked a couple things. But not at full price, especially when I was both lied to, and then the place of business would not stand behind their word... attendant or not, he represents their business and $2-3 Discount would not have bankrupt them, but could have kept me coming back. First off, the washes are almost identical aside from a few cheap sprays that come at the end. I liked the convenience and how quick it is but I noticed more and more that their equipment is getting worn out. So I noticed light scratches after going through it, this last time - immediate HUGE SCRATCHES ON MY CAR. Not worth it!

These guys are awesome! I live in OB and come here for my car wash. Quick, cheap and great job. But all of that could be mediocre and I would still make the trip. The customer service is great EVERY TIME. They are professional, polite, and courteous. Thank you!

They just replaced some equipment making it more truck friendly for 1500s to 3500s. No DRW though, they wont fit on the guides. Does a decent job at getting your vehicle clean. Best deal around with the car wash club.

Fast & Friendly Service!! Especially ANA the clerk! She always comes out of her little office to help you, or just to say Hi when pumping gas! A true Friendly Keeper!!!!

Great carwash using quality products. Just drive up to the line and an attendant will collect the fee from you. No hand dry service though.
