Heard about palace detailing from a cousin.... Honda prelude was in serious need of a wash and wax after visiting family members out in the desert over the 4th of july weekend. Gave the owner a call and set up an appointment for a wash and wax for the next day. Next morning, I dropped of the car at palace detailing and met the owner in person. We agreed on the price and was told the car will be ready in 45 minutes since there were 2 cars ahead of mine. Gave them the key and off I go to explore downtown. 45 minutes later received a call from joe, the owner, and he said my car was ready to go. When I got back to palace detailing I could not believe how clean and shiny my car is. They took of some light oxidation and scratches on the car and even went the extra mile to whitening my headlights. The interior is thoroughly cleaned and the exterior was even more impressive. I could not be any happier with the results and would definitely go back to palace detailing for my next detail. I would highly recommend palace detailing to all my friends and family members and everyone else that loves their car.

Usually Im only motivated to leave a review when its something negative so save others from the horrible experience but this time its the opposite. Im so happy with my experience at Palace Detailing I feel it a must to share. I havent washed my car in months since Ive gotten it repainted, been meaning to do it but never had the time. To the point, I went in for a full detail. They said it was going to take a little bit of time since they were going to wax and polish my car which worked out great for me anyways. I left to do my errands in downtown, came back and my car was like new. The polishing took put the orange peel look from my car being repainted so now its smooth and shiny. Heres the kicker, they validated my parking so I practically was down in Downtown, didnt have to look for parking nor pay for parking plus I got my car washed while I handled some work. So its a win win and one more win kind of situation! Thanks for the phenomenal work guys! Ill be back!

Traffic and parking in downtown San Diego is a bit much at times; especially when you have to pay parking meters. Had an appointment right across the street from this detail shop. Never used them before like I said; I dont like feeding meters so why not.... Whatever the detailers did to my car made the paint super glossy and a super diamond detailed inside-out!!!! No complaints here... Believe it or not; it cost me less to get my car fully detailed then feeding the meters downtown... Left with a smile and money left to spend.... I highly recommend using "A Street Auto Detail Shop" for FREE Parking to save money vs. feeding meters downtown; plus your car looks brand-new when you return.... Not super cheap, not super expensive; just right on pricing... Who would not want to leave downtown in a clean ride with money left over in your pocket for happy hour!

I spoke with Joe and two of his employees about getting my car clayed and waxed. Joe explained the clay bar process in detail and other options available. They recommended bringing the car in to see what kind of shape it was in. After looking it over they advised me to have that service done in six months since the finish was still in good shape. No up selling here, Joe would rather have a satisfied and well informed customer than make a quick buck selling you something you don’t need. When I picked up the car it looked better than it did when I first bought it over a year ago. I am very pleased with the work and attention to detail the was put into making my car look good. Found out about this place through word of mouth at the office... their work and attention to detail is fantastic. They have incorporated a good system to drop your vehicle and even arrange to pick it up and deliver it in the downtown area. Their approach is to focus on the needs of the customer and vehicle and not push a sale for an unnecessary service. Highly recommended.

While they are flooded with business due to the yelp offers, I scheduled weeks ahead of time and was VERY pleased with the They shampooed our rugs and got some old, yucky Chinese food stains and ever-present kids crumbs and sticky fingerprints out. Cars look and smell brand new. Anyone who has gotten in our cars since our Autospa treatment has been amazed.
