Paid 60.00 dollars for a 10.00 car wash! this place is the worse! if you want a quick fix then go for it, But if you want QUALITY and some people who care about your car, do not go here. I bought the express detail and the guy upsold me from a reg car wash (15.95 to a 60.00 DETAIL) Got my car back and the wheels were terrible, the inside was not vacuumed well. I went back and they offered me a basic car wash as a redo. I said No THANK YOU! not today , they gave me a voucher. But I will not be using it at all. Anyways DO NOT GO HERE

Took my car here and paid 40 bucks for the detail wash. I opened my trunk and (1)water dripped, (2) i still saw some debree on the carpet, and (3) the inside was not detailed! i asked them why it wasnt detailed and they said because it was a new car??? They told me if i wanted a full detail that it would be like $200? Never going here again! i do not recommend this place.

Recently ever time we went there they increasing the prices, Today they asked me for extra $2 because they called my small GLA a SUV, I washed the same car for over a year and they never charged me for extra $2 and always told me that this is a small car. Anyway $16 + tips for a not good job is a lot, go to other places for a better result.

Absolutely top notch! Their prices are some of the cheapest in town. Couple that with their professional service and better than average waiting area, and you know you are getting a fantastic deal. Not to mention that you can sense the passion of the employees working here. I am now a faithful customer!

Horrible place to get your car washed! Dont ever go here! Took them two and half hours to wash my boyfriends car when they said 40 minutes tops. Plus they didnt even do that good of a job. Its still dirty. We are never going here again!!! Would give no stars but it wont let you post if you do that.

Went to fill up gas today and Javier the attendant was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered at a business. He was surly (possibly intoxicated) and raised his voice giving me rude comments as I tried to make my transaction. Will never return here as a customer for anything

I have gone to the Americana Car Wash for years. They will make your car spotless and not scratch the paint in the process. Better to go on Thursday or Saturday when they are less busy. Speak with Bob(Owner) or Victor if you are not satisfied. They always make it right.

Not a good value. Very slow even though they dont have much business. If you want your car washed at the end of the day...you better arrive 30 minutes before closing...because the manager might send everyone home and close early.

After $20 my truck was "rinsed" - it was still dirty when I got it back!!! It was not dryed and still has water spots. It would have looked better if I did the drive-thru wash at the gas station. I will NOT be going back.

Just left here. The attendant literally would not allow me to get anything other than their most expensive service. All I needed was a basic wash. Heck my car just got painted and detailed a month a go.
