I just had the WORST experience at this car wash. I have been bringing my car here for 6 years now and have not had a problem until I just brought my car in after a long road trip and had a few bugs on the front of it. I paid for the automatic wash and dry and got out to find not one bug had come off. After asking to go back thru to help the situation the manager yelled at me and said I did not spend enough money to take care of the problem. I will never bring a car back here and feel lied to. The website says customer satisfaction guaranteed, yeah right. Also to make it worse after I told him I wasnt happy he told all the dry guys to stop drying my car. Being a mom looking for honest businesses. I would never return here treated the way I was.

Price for the basic wash has gone up to $8. Still a great deal. I had a good experience; my filthy car became pretty clean and I was able to vacuum out small particles throughout my car. My only complaint was with one of the staff at the entrance of the car wash trying to upsell me a wax job. "How long ago was your last car wash?" "Oh 6 months?" "You definitely need a wax or your car will be F*(!(#)ed". me: Thats okay, I just want the basic wash **condescending look "whatever dude its your car" Yes. Yes. It is my car. So please let me take the basic wash I came here for and get out.

You get what you pay for. The reason the process are low is because the service is too. I had to redo the windows to clear the streaks they left. Then they gave me grief for not leaving a tip. This after my car sat for 15 min before they came to find me because no one knows how to drive a manual transmission. I am not sure how that is possible but its a thing. Will never, ever be back. I have no affiliation with San Diego Car Care on Nobel and Genessee and i suggest going there for a better deal and great wash.

Hands down, one of the best car washes Ive had! The price is unbeatable and all of the employees that I had spoken with were very courteous, professional, and had a great sense of humor. The quality of the wash and the excellent customer service is the reason why I will keep coming back. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great wash for very little cost.

I come here for my car wash whenever Im in area!! Great value, very nice people, car comes out sparkling every time. Drive for Lyft & Love having clean car so I have it done once a week, have yet to find car wash closer to me that offers the fair price, quality & convenience of Stars & Stripes !!!! I only wish it were closer to home, oh yeah and FREE VACUUMS!!!

I felt being ignored and confused at their car wash entrance that has multiple gates to go through and wait in line. But overall their free 10 minutes vacuum service is great except a few people doing it over time taking up the place. Other than that, I do not see the difference of $8 and $10 exterior wash, never know how $12 works.

Great wash, great value, excellent service, clean bathrooms, and just a steal of a deal...worth driving out of my way to get my car cleaned. And I love the FREE vacuums...they are strong and I can take my time getting into all the spaces in my car. Unbeatable deals and personalized service...

I dont give many 5 star reviews but this place deserves it. This is so far the best car wash I have come across. Its like an assembly line wash where 6 or 7 people wash your car and it comes out dazzling. Everyone had a smile and was very courteous.

This place is amazing!!! Ive been going here regularly for 4 years and Ive never had a problem. Service is 5-star and the vacuums they offer are very powerful. Highly recommend it, plus the prices are much lower than any other place in town!

Great price for a car wash. Powerful and free vacuums. I dont like the awkward guilt trip for tips by the hand dryers after the car wash. I would rather just pay a higher price for my carwash than deal with tipping afterward.

Awesome deal! They even have free vacuums. I just got the $5 exterior but it came out clean and Ive spent 4 times that much and it looks just as good. Oh ya, did I mention they have FREE VACCUMS! Ill definitely be coming back!

Been going here for over 2 years, friendly staff with good prices. Free vacuum with carwash and discounted gas with the 76 nearby. Can do full service or just go through the car wash machine (long type). Hand dry at the end.

This is one of the best carwashes Ive ever been to. This is definitely our "go to" spot for a wash/vacuum. The staff are friendly and professional and do a wonderful and thorough job! Im very impressed with the business!

Kind of different. A little high on the price side but did a good job. They use that super oil coating type armor all on the interior which I am not a fan of but would get my car washed there again if in the area.

Had 2 credit cards stolen from my glove compartment (and attempted to withdraw $500+) on 04/2013. BE CAREFUL DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLE POSSESSIONS. Very shady business and shady people.

Nice and fast, but if you only pay for the cheep carwash theres not a lot of attention to detail. In all fairness Ill try the full service wash and revisit this review.
