This place is either a SCAM (or negligent!) About 4 gallons of gas was siphoned from my gas tank while my car was getting washed! Do not go here. I just filled up my gas tank at the near by Costco and had purchased a Deluxe Car wash here, and left my car for an hour with them with my keys. When I came back I noticed that there was still dirt on my car, which I had to wipe with my own towel. However when I got back into my car I noticed that the range on my car had gone down by 80 miles, my gas meter showed 80%, and the avg MPG counter had reset. This only occurs when the gas tap has been tampered with. I complained to the management and they just told me that they have dont know what happened or maybe my car was leaking fuel (what brand new car leaks 4 gallons of fuel?) And did nothing to offer compensation. AVOID.

Absolutley the worst car wash Ive ever had! They broke my DOOR HANDLE, SNAPPED it right off! I didnt notice until I get home and when I went back and explained that my handle was missing when I got home. The Manager looked me and said "AND". I said "AND can you find out what happened"! He found my door handle got ripped off in the wash! I asked if I could get a refund on my wash because the whole reason for a wash is to make your car look nice. I wasnt even asking for him to replace the handle. I didnt get a refund. He just blew me off. This was my second time returning, the first time was because they didnt wash and dress my tires and left bad streaks in the window. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THIS WASH AGAIN!

I used to like to go to this place. Very convenient and relatively good service. That was until the rudeness of the staff, specifically one who when handed one of the vouchers which they provide gave it back with the rudest look on her face saying it was out of date. Thing is, they have these vouchers plastered all over their website. I was so offended I swore to never go back to this place. If she had been a little nicer about it I doubt I would have thought twice about returning. Well I guess I will take my business elsewhere and hope that someone does a little staff training in the future.

This place is reliable, professional, and thorough. Great job to Raffi for making sure his employees take care of their customers. Final inspections by Raffi always makes me feel like Im being taken care of. I had a great experience with Jose as well, as he took the time to show me the differences in waxes and polishes. He even took out some scratches in my car in demonstration. I love this place because they never pressure you to do anything and always invite you to try it next time. Love this place.

The staff has always been very friendly and eager to make your visit a pleasent one. Ive used their service for several years, and they are very good. Like with every carwash Ive visited, you have to ask to dry the door jams, rear hatch, and touch up here and there (this being normal everywhere else, and I also drive a very large Black SUV). Their monthly membership is worth every penny.

For the price, I think Stadium does a better job (just up on Friars). These guys worked a little too quickly and left a lot of window cleaner on the windows, both inside and out. To top it off, they sprayed the dash board and the cleaner ran through the small opening to reset the travel computer, so now I have to look at a dry streak until the end of days. *sigh*

The worst experience ever. Scott, the ticket writer is very unprofessional. Ive been going to the car wash for a few years now. Scott over stepped my boundaries. His attitude is very unwelcoming. Ive seen him speak to other women on a personal level and not take care of the customer. He embarrassed me in front of other customers and it isnt appropriate.

I took my wifes car in because it was very dirty. They did an OK job washing the body, but they barely touched the wheels, leaving them pretty dirty. I suppose you have to pay the over $200 they want for a full detail job to get everything clean. Ill be washing our cars myself from now on.

dont go to these guys. I took my car to get a wash and they broke my "push to start" button on my car. I had to get it towed out of the place. Not only that, they didnt even lift up the mats and vacuum right. I was very displeased with their service and will never go back

This place takes a while to wash your car. But I dont go anywhere else. They do an incredible job and leave my car looking like a brand new one from the car dealership. Well vacuumed and polished on the inside while the exterior is hand washed. It all looks great.

My friend recommended me here. The service was great. Very satisfied with the detailing of my car and how fast the service was on a busy day. Everything is by hand and cleaning stations are out in the open. Will be coming back!

Horrible car wash. The only thing super about the super wash is that its still super dirty! Did not even touch most of the interior. Avoid this place, plenty of other car washes that do a much better job.
