Talk about a bad experience - here we go. I received a coupon on my newspaper that said $13.00 car smog. There were no * or terms of use. So I arrive and was rudely told you must buy car was to use that. When I brought up that the coupon doesnt say that I was told I can get it done or leave. Fine I am there just get it done. The car wash was a machine, my wheels were left filthy as were parts of my car. One of the workers left a big grease print in the back seat floor board where he stepped in to vacuum. They threw away important papers left on my seat. They used a dirty rag to . The interior so I am going to have to redo those with the windows Between the rude behavior and false advertisements I will never go there again even if ir was free.

Worst car was ever.. I wouldnt go back if it was free. I bought a $30 deal from groupon that was a complete joke. They spent 2 seconds scrubbing the car before it went threw the machine, I couldnt believe the lack of effort. Then I went in to give the groupon to the cashier & by the time I walked outside they were handing me my keys. How do 2 people hand wax a car in 3 or 4 minutes? The car was still dirty, there were still bugs on the front from my trip. I saw so many problems, I just got in the car and left. First time in my life I stiffed someone on a tip. I wish, I could give this place negative stars. If youve been ripped off by these people too, please share you story so others dont get burned.

Horrible customer service! The guys inside look like they dont even want to be there/hate there job, the workers outside rush through everything my car is still dirty from a few sides Im going to have to go do it again somewhere else now. They expect you to pay for a more expensive wash cause if you go in asking for a #1 they seem to do a horrible job because of it, I will never go back again.

The price is good, however the srvice is not so good. My radio was reprogrammed and the armorall wasnt applied right (miss some spots).
