Do not trust them!! They charged me $300 + tax & promised that my car would "look like new" when they finished. The work I got was worth $60 at best! A basic wash and buff on the outside, steam cleaning of the seats, and minimal vacuuming. They left water spots on all every windows, the finish was smudged and smeared in too many places to count, on all sides of the car, and they didnt even touch the door jambs or even open the hatchback window to clean that area. I must say, my car was dirty. It had some sand in the floor boards, dirt from the mountains, bagel seeds in the carpet, and spilled soda on part of the center console. My husband has had my car this month & usually takes it in to have it cleaned somewhere, typically paying $60. This month hes had no time to clean it, hes a FireFighter and with the 6 fires that have been raging in N & E county over the last two weeks, hes been a bit busy... (serious understatement). So I took the car to have it cleaned. Big mistake, they must have seen a woman coming & new they could take advantage! When I took it in I asked if anything could be done about the dull look on one of the doors. The saleman told me that it would cost $300 to restore the paint on just the one door alone!! (Since then I got quotes from other Auto detail businesses and a nearby body shop and learned that my whole car (outside, door jambs, door handles, etc.) would not cost more than $175 for the paint to be restored.) I told him I thought $300 was too high and he bargained to restore the paint on the door, touch up other areas on the car, and buff out smudges on one of the doors so that it would "look perfect". I asked what they were going to do to the paint / finish but all the sales guy kept telling me was that "well take care of you", "its gonna look like new" and gave me a bunch of BS, no details on what they were actually going to do. Seeing as how I know nothing about buffing out smudges and polishing cars, I trusted him and thought the price was just industry standard. I do however, know a good cleaning job when I see it and this job was not even close to good!! For $300 I expected a spotless car (& maybe a mint on my dash)! The outside looked nice at first glance but a closer look revealed places where the wax (or whatever the finishing coat is) wasnt wiped in, there were steaks everywhere on the body of the car and water spots all over the windows!! The coated metal liner between the window and the door looked like they took a sand blaster to it; much of the coating was coming off! I specifically requested that they clean out the center console and they didnt even touch it!! There was still dirt and bagel seeds in the coin holder. When I opened the car doors I could see that none of the door jambs had been cleaned and there was dirt still in the carpets! My car is a hatchback, they left dirt and sand all over the back area and there was a black oily mess pooled in the corner with greasy smudges on the plastic sidewalls. I opened the hatchback window and it was still covered in dirt! They didnt even open the back window, let alone clean out the window jam of the hatchback. At that time they were closing and refused to finish vacuuming it! I took the car back in the morning to speak with the manager, he agreed that they did not do what was promised and offered to spend another 2-3 hours cleaning it. I told him they should have done it right the first time and that the salesmans quote was way too high, that they had broken my trust and I was not going to leave my car with them but I was willing to pay for the $60 Express services. He refused to credit back any money so now I will leave it up to my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I have a 4 door Jeep wrangle, black interior and a shedding puppy. I had massive amounts of hair all over the car that was basically woven in the seats and carpet. I had a full detail on the car and they did a fantastic job. The inside and outside of my car was amazing, there was not a hair left in the car and every piece was polished. The entire car looks brand new. If anyone has a Jeep or is familiar with them, the black bumpers/ side steps get very worn/faded after a while. I dont know what they put on them but they are dark black and keeping their color. I couldnt be happier. I know a lot of comments mentioned how long they take and I am more than happy to wait for an outstanding job. Good work takes time, I went on a nice run on the bay and came back to a perfect car ;-) Thank you. First time coming here and I will absolutely come back!

I decided to try them out with the In N Out discount. It took an hour for them to wash my car. They just let it sit there while I watched multiple cars go though the car wash that had arrived after me. When I went up to who I assume to be the manager for the second time and told him I had been there over 40 minutes waiting and showed him my time stamp on the receipt, he brushed it off and said it was because they were short staffed. Well that is fine , had I known ahead of time it would take that long I wouldnt have wasted my time. $21.99 plus and hour of my time turns out to be a pretty expensive car wash. Plus the food I bought at In N Out got cold. Lesson learned. I going to just stick to the self wash on Clairemomt Drive from now on.

Ok so I was driving from Meineke which is next door to this establishment and my #5 cylinder seized and threw my check engine and battery light. so I stopped my car and called Meineke to see if I should drive any further. I then was rudely yelled at to move my vehicle after being there for 10 seconds on the phone. because we were supposidly in the way of the cars exiting the car wash which is false. I have pictures where my burn out was and I have pictures of the vehicle in the exact spot which i clearly left a lane to drive around my broken down vehicle. So this owner Mike forces me to drive my car away from his precious lot and then my belt on my truck snaps. THANKS MIKe!

Been going for years. Buy 8 basic wash get 1 Super wash free. They have a decent indoor / outdoor waiting area and offer cheap drinks . Also if you go to the in n out and buy lunch they will give a $2 discount for this. A good way to take care of lunch, getting the car cleaned, and passing on the Tip for the crew providing the wipe downs on the interior and exterior. Good attention to detail for the price.
