Horrible car wash! Car was not completely dry, Manager did not care about me, place was not even busy! I would not recommend to anyone. Just moved to La Jolla, thought I would try this car wash being only blocks from my house. Chose the $17.95 (bronze?) car wash. It was slow at the car wash with workers standing around everywhere. I sat down and not but 10 minutes go by and my car is done. At first I was excited as this is the fasted my car had ever been washed and dried. Then I noticed all the problems. There was water everywhere! Under the front grill, in the door sills, open the trunk only to find lots of water there. For $17.95, this car better be dry as I don’t want to drive away only to have water spots on my car later. I called the manager over and explained all the problems (I was very nice and polite about everything). I also explained that I just moved to La Jolla and that the car was rushed for some reason. Only for him to say "ahh ok" no sorry, no "sir please give me 10 more minutes and I will make sure the car is acceptable" nothing to save the business! I was not only astonished at the lack of management but that the owners would select such a person to represent their car wash. I will not be going to this car wash again and I will make sure all of my neighbors, friends and co-workers do not use this car wash. Horrible service for $17.95!

Ive been a customer at Pearl Car Wash for five years now, and after this last visit, I have to say Im really impressed. I had always gone to Pearl for details and washes, but about a month ago I received a quote for fixing my front bumper that was dented and needed repainting. I was unaware that they did auto body work, so I decided after seeing the reasonable price, that I would give it a go, I figured if there auto body work was anything like their detailing services it would come out great. I left my car for a total of three days, and the work came out perfect. I would definitely recommend this place not only for their wash and detail work, but also auto body repairs!

The worst car service i ever had in my life,for being in so called la jolla,i drove in my 2016 Hyundai for a regular wash,the worst $16 i ever spent...they they finally called me and said my car was done,i was happy until i opened my car door,the carpet looked like crap,literally 4 second job,all around the edges,under the seat still needed vacuuming,the door jams were stiil muddy,i told the attendant and he said oh ok ,i think they skipped that part,wtf....the so called mgr reparked my car and the other guy did a quick vacuum and the door jams are still muddy and the other carmat was just turned over....i will never come back here!

Nothing super spectacular here. I live close by so it made sense to try this place out. I brought in my BMW and left it to be detailed. When I returned about 3 hours later to pick up my car it was still not ready. I waited about 20 minutes and they finished it up. The detailing quality was average. The car was clean but I guess I had higher expectations. No major issues, it just did not sparkle like a car should when you have it detailed. The staff there is friendly and overall I guess it not a bad spot if you just want a quick wash, but I would probably take my car someplace else if I want to have it detailed again .

Best spot in la jolla and PB. They take their time, have a large crew of guys and also have great prices. I pay $13.95 for a full service package and am happy every time. They even removed my New York registration sticker on my front window because it was stuck on there. They understand cars well, so thy know the nooks and crannies you need to dry off before giving back the car. For example, the door jams on bmws collect lots of water, this place recognizes that and takes care of it. Overall super happy with this place.

Very poor results. We took our three cars there, and all came back in the same poor level of cleanliness: streaks and dirty areas on the windows and windshield, crumbs under the seat and the sides, cup holder still dirty (and now wet), trunk door dirty, dashboard evenly clean... Once we got home, we had to do the windshields, and clean the wet cup holders. We have used car wash services before and have been very happy. We are just looking for a reasonably clean car after paying $16.

Took the van here as it was the closest car wash from my work. Seems as if their job/work is a bit rushed when theres not that many cars being serviced. Also I did the Gold wash and its a bit pricey for a mediocre job. Oh and I didnt get my air freshener either. I juat noticed their flyer says it comes with an air freshner. No word from the employee or clerk at the register.

Paid $11.99 just for an exterior car wash. Super fast (only waited maybe 10 minutes), decent job. There were still a few small dirt spots here and there. My car was ridiculously dirty coming in so was nice to see it cleaned up so quickly.

WORST CAR WASH IN LA JOLLA: These guys are extremely rude and the car wash price changes each time you go. As far as the quality of their wash, I would rate it a C-.

For about $14 I got a pretty good, and fast car wash. Its in a very nice area.
