Only gave this one star because 0 stars wasnt an option.We came in for the 30 dollar wash, one of the employees broke the key in the ignition trying to turn the car on because he didnt know to properly turn on an engine on a manual transmition. Another employee turned the car on and moved it with half the key in the ignition, they proceeded to open remote and try to glue the key and re-program it. When it didnt work they handed us the key trying to acuse us of handing them a defective key. It was two hours before someone came over and took the key to get a quick fix to start the engine while another employee kept calling is liars and saying it wasnt his fault the key was about to break. Its absolutely ridiculous, while we were there we witnessed several complaints. The staff so rude unprofessional and seriously lacking customer service skill. Planning on getting the replacement and billing them for it. First and last time we come here. Terrible experience.

I just got home from this place and let me tell you if I could, I would give it 0 stars. I paid $23.99 for armor all inside and out and when they told me my car was ready I saw that I didnt get what I paid for,and I let the guy know and he said that the other guy that took my order didnt tell him that,so I went to talk with the guy(the cashier) and he said he did tell the other guy, anyway,they kept blaming each other but I told the cashier that the guy actually cleaning the cars only does to the car what he writes on the receipt and to not take it out on his employees....And when I get home I noticed that my front windshield is cracked from one side to the other.... Long story short, Im NEVER going back to this "car wash"

Do not go to this car wash! This place is right by my house so I decided to give them a try. Since Id never been there before I saw an employee, seemed like management because it wasnt one of the guys washing the cars, I asked him where I should park the car and he pointed to a spot and very rudely yelled "cmon its not rocket science!". I mean, Im not asking for a free wash the least you can do is be polite to your customers. I work with the public everyday and this was unacceptable. I just left, theres no way I would pay to be treated like trash.

Stopped by to get car washed after dropping my daughter off at school. Purchased the early bird special. I got the Super Wash special was $9.95 I thought cool thats a wash & wax, complete dressing, etc. Car looked great on the outside but I was disappointed with the inside. It was still quite a bit of dust, you could see it. I guess they feel thats what u get for $9.95

Its the neighborhood car wash and the early bird prices are reasonable. It does seem to take awhile . I go every few months just to have it vacuum and Windows clean on the inside. Other wise I have my college kid do it on her weekend visits. Does anyone know why the business WAS NOT OPEN today Tuesday July 12, 2016?????????

Went to get my car washed and the cashier decided to dare the other guy who drives the car from the vacume area into the car wash are to drive my car with a towel covering his eyes. I couldnt believe my eyes. When I approached them they did not apologize, instead they were arrogant toward me and joked and laughed.

This is a horrible carwash. Overpriced, slow, poor customer service, and most importantly, the do a HORRIBLE job washing cars. I do not think my car is any cleaner after going to this carwash. Total waste of time and money. Do NOT go here

The owner is a horrible person he talk to the customers like there his kids, the employees always complain off not getting pay right , missing hrs . Costumer service is so bad , they do really bad job on my car.

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR WASH. IF YOU PAY YOUR CAR TO GET WASH WITH THEIR MANAGER SPECIAL PRICE. THE MANAGER WILL LOOK GOOD "NOT" YOUR CAR. FUNDRAISER CAR WASH WOUULD WASH BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.

The guy tried to extort my friend telling her she had to buy the 18.99 wash because her car was dirty. It was a new car the plates were not even on yet. Crooks. It appeared to be the owner.

God they take forever. I was there for over an hr. and a half, and was bored out of my mind. Mentally challenged adults could do a faster job. Wont be coming back here anytime soon.
