I took my new car to this car wash because I saw the "handwash" sign. I was under the impression that it was 100% hand wash but they put your car through a machine with filthy equipment. My car came out with two scratches on the drivers side window. Not only that, but there were sun spots on my car AND I also found a bug inside my car. I called ahead of time and the woman was very passive on the phone. When I drove back they did not take any responsibility and insisted that I had the scratches prior to the wash - on my brand new, straight out of the dealership car. I pretty much spent 45 minutes just standing there, receiving no help, and they did not even offered me a refund. I had the worst experience. If your going to a car wash, I recommend you go to the one that is a few lights west. They also run it through a machine but at least its with new equipment. Also, check your windows for any scratches.

My black Prius sat in the sun 20 min after the wash, car covered in water spots! No one went to wipe it down, when I asked them to run it thru again the manager said no. You are better off washing it yourself than coming here!

Dont trust them !!!!! Employees washing your car steal from you while theyre in possession of your car. Management will only tell you theyre not responsible. Youve been warned. Going to rate on Yelp too.

I went here on a Saturday morning I was the first one there and still took a long time. my aux cable was missing and they didnt clean the inside that good. LAST TIME I TAKE MY CAR THERE.

Very reasonable prices, The quality of the wash was excellent. Customer care was very good, and the cleaned the cars quickl. Highly recommended if u want a good wash for the right price.

They had a pebble or something in the rag when when wiping my brand new car. Said they are not responsible, wash at your own risk. NEVER again!
