I recently moved to the Riverside area and as a first time customer, I dropped my car off to be washed and waxed at this car wash. I was told it would cost $80-$90 total I get a phone call an hour later saying they need to do a special procedure in order to wax it and it would then cost an extra $40.Which I would not have a problem with accept that I was never informed that this "special precedure" would even be a possibility. I was upset because with times being hard, i could not afford the procedure. If they had originally told me that IF a special procedure needed to be done first, it may cost more,I would not have taken my car to get done that day. During the phone conversation, the man then hung up on me which made me more upset. After that I went straight there to speak to a manger. Turns out it was the owner on the phone. He apparently doesnt like customers who are upset with his service because when i tried to speak to him about the situation He didnt even want to hear or talk to me. he put my keys on the counter and told me to take my car and get out. Do you really think this owner cares about his customers?

I pride myself on having a clean vehicle. I took my 4x4 here on a Friday morning ans paid $23 because I have an XL Vehicle. Thats fine but I expect it to be clean inside amd outside for that price. Ill start with praise: nice job on the exterior. The interior was a disappointment. The guy vacuuming DID NOT slide the front seats forward. When I got home I also noticed that he broke part of the plastic trim covering the floor bolts for the seat. There was an MnM and grass under my rear floor mat. These guys didnt bother with a good vacuum nor did they bother to tell me the broke one of my plastics. I will not be returning to this place. Too bad, you were 1/2 way there!

They left my car covered in brown spots, they refused to rewash it even when I showed them the spots come off when I rub my finger over them, the chrome was not wiped down and was covered with water spots, the owner did not even offer any type of credit he said the car was clean and the spots wont come off because they dont wipe down the car before they dry it so I basically paid to get my car rinsed off... I will not be taking either of my cars back to this "car wash"

They did NOT do a thorough rinse job. After they "cleaned" my car I noticed there were still some dirt and leaves around the windshield and the trunk crevice area. They poorly vacuumed the interior and didnt even touch the inside of the windows--even though I specified they were to be cleaned. Service was decent, but some could have been more friendlier. All in all I did not have a good experience. Having said that, I will not be back.

NEVER GET YOUR CAR CLEANED HERE *****THIEVES*** THIEVES**** they will steal yout stuff from your car. The stole my beats head phones and another occasion they stole my IPOD $$. i made sure they secured these items and still managed to get to them.. ****If you dont want to get ripped off please dont go here*****

Luxury Car Wash down the street is definitely better and cheaper. I asked one of the workers if he could put the shine on my tires and he flat out told me no even after I offered to pay for it. I chose to take my brand new car here and left disappointed .

Most car washes miss something or many things bc they are so busy they are just rushing through each car. Came this morning(Saturday) at about 9:30a and there was a wait as this place was busy. They did a very thorough job. Very pleased.

The price increase does not reflect the service. Its seems like with most businesses these days quality is secound to a good job performed for the price you pay. Will not take my truck there again

My go to wash for downtown Riverside. Car always feels nice and fresh after. Expect a little bit of a wait since they hand wash and there is usually a line. Good pricing and service.

Great work and done very quickly. But twelve bucks for a wash and vacuum seems a little ridiculous.
