Literally the worst customer service EVER. I was walking around, browsing their little inside store when suddenly the cashier/ old Latina lady pretty much yells "WHEN ARE YOU GONNA PAY?" I turned around and said its my first time Im looking at what you have and she responds well you have to pay first. So I wind up paying and she charges me twice and the only reason I found out was because she was on the phone with someone telling them in Spanish. Well to her surprise I also speak Spanish so when I confront her she rudely says that I have to call my bank because they dont do refunds!!!! This lady seriously is soooo unprofessional and does not know how to run the front desk. *TIP TO THE CASHIER* SMILE AND BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. And to top it off the car wasnt washed properly, my tint was scratched off in the inside and the outside was still dirty. The 5$ gas car wash could of probably done a better job. This place sucks, dont bother.

Worst place ever! Went there on Thursday evening to get a car wash. I paid $22.00 for bullshit!...When my car was done there were still little black spots on the passenger door and the tires still look dull. I mean, I paid for waxing an armor oil...Behind the driver seat, under the mat it looks like they didnt even vacuum back there. Totally missed it! I was so upset with this place. I just left thinking that this place just ripped me off of my $22, and I cant do anything about it. What an awful, awful place! I didnt notice the mirrors, windows and windshield were poorly cleaned until it got dark. It looked like they used dirty towels to clean them. Can barely see the traffic out the dirty windshields... I was wondering if they had only done this to me but after reading the reviews this place is just ripping people off. Worst part is that their getting away with it. They should be shut down!...THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

The Incompetent old lady at the front desk charged me extra for "aftermarket rims" on my bmw when she gave me my change i noticed it was a short i asked for a receipt and i noticed she charged me more. when i confronted her about why i was being charged more than what is posted on the price sign she said i have aftermarket rims i explained to her that they are stock rims she got all emotionally distraught we went outside and i showed her they were stock 16in factory rims she felt dumb and had nothing to say i asked for my money back immediately...i am not sure if they just purposely try to nicked & dime you with fraudulent charges, if shes blind and cant see what stock rims are or is just not competent enough to do her job but either way RUN away from this place. right down the street is another car wash that did a very good job in a timely matter fontana express car wash

I CAME HERE TO GET MY CAR WASHED FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME! CASHIER WAS RUDE, THE ILLEGALS THAT WERE DRYING MY MY CAR WAITED TILL THERE WAS WATER SPOTS ON THE CAR THEN DECIDED TO TAKE MY CAR FOR A JOY RIDE FULL SPEED IN REVERSE DOWN THE DRIVEWAY TO RINSE IT OUT AGAIN TO TAKE OFF THE WATER SPOTS. HE WAS GOING SO FAST IN REVERSE I THOUGHT HE WAS HEADED FOR THE FONTANA SPEEDWAY TO RACE! THEN THEY FORGOT THE AIRFRESHENER USED A WATERED DOWN AMOUR ALL ON MY TIRES SO WHEN I GOT HOME THEY WERE DRY. MIND YOU I PAYED 17 DOLLARS FOR A FULL SERVICE CAR WASH AND GOT A 5 DOLLAR SERVICE. I COULDVE HIRED ONE OF THOSE KID CAR WASHES AND GOTTEN A BETTER WASH! I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS. THAT PLACE IS BETTER OFF BEING AN EMPTY LOT! THAY SERIOUSLY NEED TO SEND THE IMMIGRATION OVER THERE.

I took my truck and utility trailer to get washed, they told me they would wash them both for $48, I said okay. When they gave me the keys, I saw that the trailer still dirty. There was no decent attempt to make it clean, the rims still had brake dusk all over, the dash board inside the truck was still dirty and full of dust, and the floor was poorly vacuumed. When I spoke to the manager, she did not even go inspect the work and would not give me a refund on the trailer. But she did give me a $10 discount to come back get another car wash. I said no thank you, keep your money youll need when you go out of business.

Better than most car washes, but they just do a top wipe down leaving a lot of spots dusty and dirty. Ask if they can wipe in crevis not just surrounding area and that if I want I can pay $70 more and they do that because it is not included in $22.99 wash. And they forgot my car freshener. Left wipe mark all over the inside that when at night a car headlights hit it, itll limit visibility. Happy boys in San Bernardino is worth the drive. And includes all the same but better for 8.99

They call to give my complaint and antler on that are wrong, I was pucieron on hold and never answered, pecimo service yesterday yebe my troka to give them a second oportumidad, but I still left her super-dirty, Mr. died of laziness to work , take demaciado not pusoeron fragrance tires nomas me rrociaron the armorol will not match it ,, well I pay for a good service and decided never again go to this place or recommend

SAVE YOUR MONEY !! I took my truck on May 31. The guy that took the keys swing my truck in a turn. I tried to see my truck after thats and the owned told me that I had to go inside when I was in the parking lot of the store next to the car wash. They left my truck all dirty they didnt even brushed my tires and left dirty everywhere. I am never going back to that place

If I could give no star Wars I would. Shittiest place ever. The car washer smust be dead blind!!! Never again!!! Dont waste your money or time. Plus they leave your car running and blast your AC!!! I left without saying anything because I have anger problems and I would have went off!!!
