OMG The employee that was working there, said "It was better than robbing my house!.My Husband ask for a paper towel after purchasing the full service Lava wash. the attendant gave him one, then moments later an unshaven man came to our car and told us that even thought we paid for the the most expensive upgrade he did not have to give us a paper towel. Husband said that his attitude will keep him not advancing in life. The the attendant said " ITS BETTER THAN ROBBING YOUR HOUSE" Im Terrified. I will never go back. Now my husband can take my car to get it washed.

They have a 3 dollar wash as of this post. The vacuums are free and almost always work, which I point out with no undertones. No Cracked hoses on the vacuums, little to no trash in lot. The wash itself is why Im giving 3 stars. I would advise against taking a nice car to this car wash. It has eaten though my clear coat. It also leaves a lot of soap on you car after the rinsing, and I mean a lot. It also leaves dry water marks all over and tons of visible scratches after a single wash. For older cars I guess this would be OK.

Quick... Cheap car wash... You can become a monthly member making your car washes cheaper If you go at least 1 to 2 times a week. If you are like me... Since its on the way to work... I washed my car 3-4 times a week... Rain comes.. No problem... Wash car again and again.... Now if you are lazy to vacuum your own car... They place isnt for you since to help keep price down... You have to do it yourself.

Horrible costumer service. I paid 11 dollars and my car was full of soap. I got down to voice my disatisfaction and "The Manager, Cristian" did not even bother to hear what I had to say. He was unprofessional and rude. I filed an incident report and I regreted leaving my information thats how unprofessional they seemed. He didnt apologize or offer another car wash.

Wash n go was good until I canceled and they kept charging my card. The owner said he would refund me for 3 months that I didnt use the car wash and then he ignored me. I never heard from him. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. The owner sucks. I know they are making bank and they couldnt even keep their word and give me 75 dollars!?!? Never again!!

They have bad customer service..... I cancelled my service 2 months ago and was still being charged. I called to address this and they had the audacity to tell me I was still using it even though I reside in Los Angeles! Did not receive a refund and only got told that I was lying by the owner! Unbelievable! I will not ever recommend this place.

I went here with my wife, since it is local. Maybe if I had gone for higher rated wash I would be more satisfied, but there were a lot of bugs and stuck on spots after I left. I spent several hours after the wash to get the majority of the spots off. I dont recommend this place if you have any tough grime on your vehicle.

This car wash its amazing. You can buy a car wash from $3 dollars and up. Sometimes on a busy day you have to wait for a vacuum space but its like a fast drive-thru express car-wash on the go. If your car is clean from inside like mine mostly you can just get an exterior wash and leave without getting off the car.

Bad service ,Bad Attitude,Deceiving and Customer Service non existent. Watchout ! Bought a monthly wash no one was there to explain service when i did stop by the employee said that I should know how it works and it was not his job to explain the service when asked for the manager he laughed and walked away.

Pretty good place, doesnt leave it spotless but hey you get what you pay for specially if you pay for unlimited per month. End of the end its worth It. Does the job and you always have a clean car, just take a fiber towel to clean up whatever water is left and you are all set.

Wife has a monthly subscription. very clean, very fast, and very inexpensive. That than paying $15-$20 at a regular car wash, this self service car wash probably washes better than the traditional places. Their machine is very strong. Even your rims are clean.

$3 minimum. First I spray degreaser onto the hard spots. Then let the machine take it. Finally dry it off and rub off any spots it missed. I dont spend anything more. And it gets the job done faster than myself hand washing it at home. Quick easy cheap.

I got the membership because I go here quite often. Sometimes theres a line but it goes quick. Vacuum is a free service they provide for anyone who pays for a car wash. Prices go from 3 dollars to 10+. Inexpensive for great service.

Always busy. Always packed. Wash doesnt always...almost never...works at 100% half ass washes. Vacuums suck...as in not sucking strong enough. Not their fault because people vacuum stuff they shouldnt and clog them.

Fast, efficient, easy and not expensive. In and out, including vacuuming, in 7 minutes for only $5! The vacuums are super powerful, which is great for sand and pet hair.

Best place for a carwash only 3$ and 1$ for a towel to dry your car. And free vacuum you will vacuum your own car. With all in all is pretty great place.

Quick and convenient. Avoid weekends as you may not get the opportunity to vacuum your vehicle. Not necessarily a spotless wash but good for a pit stop.
