A HUGE disappointment is how I describe my car wash service experience today, 5/16/15, at the Ontario Vineyard location. I had been a satisfied customer at this car wash for three years until now. The situation started when I was patiently waiting for a worker to dry the exterior and clean the windows inside and out of my car. At one moment, I looked towards my car and I noticed that the worker had a concerned look on his face as he looked closely at the driver side window of my car. Then another worker came over to look at it too. The workers kept wiping the window intensely and then they gave a shrug gesture. I felt very concerned at this point because I knew that there was something NOT GOOD going on. So, when the worker signaled that he was done with my car, I walked over and I asked him what was going on with my car window as I pointed to it. The worker told me that there was nothing wrong. I looked closer at the window and I saw a clear black mark on it. I pointed it out to the worker and then he immediately tried to wipe it off. Eventually the mark came off and then he apologized for it. So, I thought that was the end of this concern. As I started to leave, I noticed more black marks on other places on the same window and some marks on my rear view mirror that WERE NOT there before I came to the car wash today. So, I immediately looked for the manager to show him these problems. Roberto was the manager at the time and it took him much effort to get the marks off that window and he was unable to fix my rear view mirror situation. He said that its probably Windex or something else that caused it. Of course this made me feel like that there was nothing that will be done to fix it. I asked to talk to his boss and I was told that he is not available until next Tuesday. This started the run around I got with multiple male employees and the uncomfortable feelings I got being a young female alone. I persistently requested the owners contact number and I finally got a business card with a phone number that turned out to be a voice mail and not the owners cell phone number which I was told. Well, I made sure to take pictures of my rear view mirror and other places I found more marks that werent there before I came. Also, it shows poor service too when the manager Roberto and another worker are meticulously wiping down wet areas left on my car because the first worker didnt do his job right. Furthermore, I was denied multiple times in getting my money back plus a cash tip which I totally REGRET giving it when I thought the problem had been resolved at first. You would think that I would at least get my tip back!!! In the end, it was firmly (in a not so positive manner) expressed to me that I wasnt going to get back my car wash service money nor tip. So, I will be LIVID if I dont get my car rear view mirror fixed. Hopefully, I get this issue resolved PROMPTLY and POSITIVELY. Otherwise, I will have to exercise my consumer rights to further voice about my POOR experience about Russell Fischer Car Wash Service to other social media review sites plus inform the Better Business Bureau about this negative situation too. Overall, my experience at the Russell Fischer Car Wash at Ontario Vineyard was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and I expect to be contacted promptly about how my issue will be resolved quickly and positively!!!

Took my 2016 Toyota in for a wash. After my car was washed it sat for nearly 15 minutes, several workers walked by but just proceeded to move on and didnt even touch my car. As I waited patiently I noticed that the sun began to dry the car. Finally after 15-20 minutes of my car just sitting their, someone finally began to dry it. This was concerning so as I was watching him closely I noticed that he began to spray the body of the car with the same chemical he was using for the windows. (blue chemical) I walked up to him and said why are you spraying the car with window cleaner and he replied to me that the water had dried on the car so that was why he was spraying it with window cleaner. I got really upset because of this incompetent work by Russell Fischer Car Center, and so I spoke to the manager and he began to proceed by telling me that the window cleaner is not going to harm the paint. I was really offended by the way that he handled this situation. He first defended his worker and asked me what I thought the window cleaner was going to do to my paint. I told him its a new car! if I wanted to wash it with windex then I would have done it myself. He then asked the worked spraying windex on my paint to take the car to the back and have it waxed!@ I said NO! DO NOT TOUCH MY CAR! I asked for a refund and the manager said "you are not getting a refund from me" I quote. Terrible service, BE AWARE, I will never go back to this place even if they were to offer me free car washes for a year! Oh I might add, that with the same rag that he used to wipe down my wheels, he use it to dry the fenders and the lower parts of the door!!!!! INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES! or they just dont care about scratching your paint. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE

It was my first time. I did read all the reviews, some were good, some were bad. I became skeptical. But i still came because i wanted to see how it is myself. To reiterate, it was my first time. When i entered, the guy immediately started pushing for the most expensive package. Not sure what was going on there, he was probably taking pride that he has good sales skills. Thats the vibe i got. He kept on pushing and pushing and pushing .. And at one point said i gotta make a decision since there are people waiting behind me. Didnt even give me a chance to check out any packages. He probably wasted more time in trying to up sell. I would have taken maybe a min just to read all d stuff n make a decision. It was annoying. But i still hadnt experienced the wash. So in order to be courteous to other people, i went for managers special. 37.99$. Car wash was nice, and the guy worked hard on cleaning the car after. But they forgot to spray the "new car smell" freshener. Am not really that critical. And i dont mean to be harsh. I dont like being pushed around. And in spite of that, i gave it a second chance. Had a terrible first time experience. Deserves one star, but like i said, not too harsh, so giving it a 2. The wash itself was good. There are so many car washes in the area.. Next time, Ill probably go somewhere else. Or maybe i might give it a 3rd chance... Only because its the closest to where i live. .. Deserves a bad rating because of poor service. Sometimes thats all we ask for.
